Called the pharmacy today (2/10) to ask if they had my prescription in stock, got immediately told "we don't- goodbye" and hung up, cutting into me asking when they might be able to order it in. Very taken aback at how abrupt and rude this 10second interaction was

Such a lovely experience in-store! The staff are friendly and attentive, the store is neat and clean and the advice I received on my visit was incredibly informative.

I order an antibiotic with 1 repeat and is quite expensive $70 for 5 pills.which means I need to get 10 pills.the chemist says he didnt order more at the first time because it was expensive and he was worried I will not comeback to pay, which I understand and it was fine, he also explain he returned my repeat to the online system. I went back few days after to order the repeat and another chemist looked at me like I'm a junky who wants to abuse the medicine! I tried to explain that I had 1 repeat and on there system it shows I didnt had a repeat. I felt so embarrassed with there behaviour and will never go back to this place.
I also do not recommend anyone to use there services and few shops down the road there is the Chemist Warehouse!

Please be ethical while selling the Rapid Antigen Test kit, I over heard the lady on counter who sold 2 RATs for $25 and stated that each costs $12.50 to a customer who bought just before me and when me and my partner went to buy those you mentioned that each cost $25. This is ridiculous and unacceptable, as a store serving health and medical industry you should be more ethical and moral.

Love the cleanliness of the store and the less clutter unlike other certain ‘discount’ chains who bombard you with advertising just to make profits. Staff always offering to help and efficient service. Thank you!

Much friendlier than the mob at Chemist Warehouse. I felt I got personalised service for a change. I’m switching to here with my (multiple) scripts.

Talk about pushy - go here, stand there. I generally don’t go into shops to be ordered around. Got what I want though, even if some poor couple were being told to move out of aisle to the counter.

I just bought a medicine today and the Pharmacist who assisted me (chinese woman) not racist i just dont know her name is not knowledgeable about the medicine, she didn’t inform me about the price as well and how to take the medicine, she is not knowledgeable and she is not helpful at all. I will never purchase on this place again.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and positive happy staff. Always great service, prices are comparatively inexpensive. Service is quick, with additional advice and information available. A VERY good pharmacy. Thoroughly recommended.
