Cheap quality prices and products. I got all my vacations their.friendly staff.some a little pushy with trying to sell you a product you don't want.and won't take no for an answer.very annoying.aside for that I recommend.

Now I don't like to talk bad about public places but this one rip off pharmacy in the Northern Suburbs. They leave you helpless and in a rut. Cause your dependent on medication. Well Direct Chemist Outlet is a joke. How do you go from $28: 00 monthly for a prescription to a huge $75: 00 the next the next. And then tell you ill give it to you $45.
Excuse me you greedy greedy so called.
I'd rather go cold Turkey, and not be dependent thank you 4 waking me up.

The place is very convenient in terms of location. The lovely Pharmacist Hanna talked to me in detail regarding all my concerns. I will definitely be getting all my meds from here in the future.

I'm a customer with complex needs, but over time and with good communication this pharmacy and its team have risen to the challenge, and are doing a fantastic job. Special shoutouts to Sinan, who's approach has made all the difference from day 1.

The owners were incredibly rude to me. Cheaper prices & nicer service can be found elsewhere.

Went there for a passport photo. When the lady came to take my photo, I told her that I should take my glasses off because I remenber it saying that no glasses are allow. She said to me tk keep it on if you need and are always wearing them. I told her "Are you sure? Because I have always thought you take them off". She then told me to keep them on if you always wear them. Noticing that she was getting annoyed, I didn't push the matter futhure as there were people lining up for their medication. She took the photo. I then quickly check my phone on the government passport website and they stated that the glasses need to be removed. I told the staff that it stated they need to be remove. I hear a grunt and then some moaning from people behind the counter. She came out again to take my photos without the glasses this time.

When I was given my photo, i realised it was on the side with one of my ears bearly showing. I know it would not pass for a passport photo. Taking my photos to the counter, I ask the lady if I can refused to purchase this photo as it was on the side. I was unsure, as i know they have spent time and resources to already produced this photo that can not be resold again. She ask me to wait and she will call the manager. The manager came and asserted herself that the photo was correct and that they had scans it before printing. Having already had enough at this point, and seeing the tone she took with me, I cut my financial lost and brought the usable photo.

Having done my bachelor in tourism and had travel a fair bit before, I know this photo would not pass. When I went my post office appointments for my passport, I was told it did not pass and had to take one at the post office, which was to my standard and the government standard. Lucky I no longer need the photo to be verified or else it would have set me back and had to making another appointment.

It was hard to believe you have a scanning system for photos at this point given that mutilple errors was mistakes that were made along the way, as well as the tone and attitude that was presented. If you do have a scanning system, human inspection and common sense should be take into consideration when taking the photos. Either that, or get your scanning system recalibrated. I understand that passport photos is not what a pharmacy is here for, but if you are going to offer the service, at least have some training or the ability to say "I'm not sure, let me double check". When you confidently asserted yourself that it is correct without double checking, you lost the trust and credibility of your store. I do hope that this doesn't happen to any medical needs and advice that you had provided for other. This was a very good experience as I know to now avoid this store.

Absolutely bad experience last few visit in that store. Everyone really good except SARAH retail assistant at front. She is been working there for long time but her customer service so bad. She is very rude even she serves she ignores you. No smile on face most of the time she argue with everyone. Is she work without pay? I hope direct outlet management craigieburn see my comment and take strong action against her.

Just wanted to share my experience today at DCO chemist. I was served by one of this very fit lady with long hair. She was absolutely awesome and went over and above to assist me with my purchase. She should be recognised for her customer service skills. I was absolutely blown aways with the service i was provided today.

Hands down to the lovely young lady at the front with the black hair. I went in for perfume at the front, she went above and beyond, will go back.:)

Spent $300 in one transaction. Was only given 2 bags instead of 3 and o my realised this when I returned home. Called the pharmacy 3 times and spent half a day looking everywhere at home and in my car with no result. Pharmacy on the third attempt and with my recommendation to have a look at the cameras finally got back to me to say the bag was in the store. I went there the following day to be told I was not allowed to return anything I purchased the day before as it’s was a “blitz sale” and I got certain items at a discounted rate. I had my receipt and my daughter did not want certain items I purchased for her and there was only one day difference but still no resolution. I was given my items and one lady I’m assuming the manager gave me a free little perfume sample bottle which was nice and I owed them two dollars but she politely said not to worry. The young lady who served me yesterday and today is absolutely so disrespectful and she should have told me that there was no returns. This was also not listed on the receipt. Then I just opened my daughters perfume to find that two of them and possibly all four of them are “testers” and are missing there lids! What a disgrace and what a waste of my time and energy.

Owner went above and beyond to make sure everyone who was lined up for a rapid antigen test got one, including repackaging tests and restricting sales per person. Absolute champion.

Friendly staff, pharmacist are kind and helpful, only drawback is they never answer their phone very inconvenient.
