My friend was recently accused of stealing and peeling a sticker off a tester product at this shop. It really hurt me to witness it as it had happened to 2 people by the same worker. I have trust issue's for this shop and I know customers would never want to experience this too.

The pharmacist is rude does not even know basic customer service. I been a regular customer here but the way he explained refund process that he does not care. You may more customers but you will loose customers soon if you continue with this behaviour.

I’ve been to this chemist a couple times now and the staff that work behind the counter are fantastic. Only a couple days a go I was at chemist warehouse in Werribee plaza after a packet of codral day/night from the counter with my family clearly showing signs of cold/flu symptoms when not only were we rejected but made to feel like criminals. Obviously we were really disappointed with why we couldn’t purchase a packet of codral from the counter after we got sick again passed on from our 2 year old from daycare during winter season which was understandable that one can get sick twice in a month, but the staff behind the counter was so rude and couldn’t tell us why we can’t purchase another packet 3 weeks later. On top of that when we were walking out I believe one additional staff member of theirs who was in casual clothes came up to us and told us that we needed to RELAX. Obviously he has no knowledge of customer service and how to speak with customers who are not happy with the outcome. Basically we were made to feel like criminals. I’ve never had any issues with Mychemist in brimbank and not only did I purchase a packet of codral from them, but with their common sense and level of customer service provided to me today this chemist deserves 5 stars. In fact if I could give them 6 stars I would. Awesome customer service and friendly staff that goes above and behind. I won’t bother going to any other chemist again. We’ll done and great work to the friendly staff that work at Mychemist brimbank.

I went today to buy bandage for my shin/lower leg injury.

Since I am not familiar with this place (unfortunately it is just a past tense now.) I asked one of the assistants who showed be around and pointed to the section, in fact gave me a couple options. I asked if it can be applied straight to the skin? After being reassured I made my way to the counter where I was a witness of a customer complained how the lady at the counter did not give back the right amount of change. The assistant was arrogant with the customer, not sure what was the outcome because rhw customer had to wait until the staff dealt with the queue, including me.

I asked the staff of the product I am going to buy can be applied to skin straight away and she also reassured of course, without any hesitation. So.

After opening the product at home I realized this is a sticky tape that is not suitable for me, since applying for 1 cm already pulled my hair and skin off. I went back the same day to the shop, met the arrogant staff lady and I explained happened d that I was reassured by her and an other staff member that this is suitable to be applied on skin.she directed me to the pharmacist because she did not want to deal with this.

I went back, talked to one of the pharmacists who tried to convince me it is my fault that I bought that product (after asking 2xstaff) and he wants to help me but I have to come back tomorrow or buy a non sticky bandage for half price. I told him I think it is not fair and asked if the other pharmacist might be the owner. He said part owner so I talked to him who was coming up with the same idiotism that after being very understanding and telling me that people who buy this product that I bought, usually shave their hair off before applying. I told him no one told me that and no one asked me if it was a problem that the product is no or really suitable for hairy people.

He told me that he wants to help me so I can buy any bandage for half price. Well.

I don't think it is fair to make customer spend more money after 2 staff member were just careless explaining the product or asking preference of the customer and turned out it is not the right one.

No one said sorry no one said ok I think we could have explained to you, yet these people suppised to promote caring for people, in fact they have to obey the duty of care of being a professional who worked in the medical field.

So I am not going to support this business with 1cent.

On my way out the tall young lady staff member was really arrogant too, laughing.

Staff Not Helpful. High price compare to other outlets or competitors. They advertised price matching policy BUT DO NOT COMPLY WITH IT. Wasting customers time. Huge difference in prices.

Staff are so lovely and kind from the chmist part all the way to the desk u pay.if there is not a item and they run out they always go out of there way to look at the back or even ouder the item I need. Fast service. Love the baby bonds stuff they have and makeup and perfume when they are all on sale I also must say I love the vip card the more you spend the.more points u get to save to take off ur Shop great idea

I understand with all the madness going on right now, that there are safety precautions to follow, but when your trying to do the right thing in order to survive but end up being turned away. I came in asking if someone could just stamp and sign my Stat Dec, mind you it was not busy in there with one girl on the floor and one at the counter, then you had two pharmacists, both refused to sign it, although it is not a legal obligation, but you could clearly see they both couldn't be bothered and when I questioned why? They fumbled and couldn't give me a clear answer, except using COVID as an excuse! What difference is it from you taking a script and signing it then handing it back to the customer? I come into your store all the time and make purchases, yet you couldn't do this one small favour? I called Chemist Warehouse and they were happy to do this for me and couldn't understand why I was refused by licensed Practitioner's? Any way this is the last time I'll ever be buying from here and will be telling my family and friends in the area.

I cannot say enough how caring & knowledgeable all the staff are here. They are the best pharmacy I have dealt with in a long time and will travel out of my way to get there. Very convenient opening hours and the cheapest prices in the area. Many thanks for their much appreciated assistance, highly recommended.

Asked for specific medication per specialists letter that i gave them and they tried to upsell with larger quantity than i asked for, corrected them, paid for medication, lazy staff at checkout didnt give a receipt.got home opened medicine box to find half the medication missing (sachets) meaning i was unable to prepare for surgery.never have i had to check all tablets/etc are there in the box before leaving a pharmacy! Up until now! Will never shop here again, they are either incompetent or thieves or both.

The best chemist i have experienced willingness to help.is the best for advice and assistance.well done.

Has a pharmacy and a good range of products. Opens late during week days and open Saturday and Sunday.

If you want something from behind the counter such as prescription items then be prepared to wait

I have been shopping in this chemist for almost two years now, the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Their prices are alot lower then the other chemist in the centre and they have always been happy to price match too. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Worst chemist! States "best price guaranteed but instead barging with you, instead of price matching chemist warehouse.
Time wasters! Save your money, visit chemist warehouse, better prices and less arrogant

The staff at this chemist are the loveliest most patient people, great at advising and sorting out what you're looking for. Am so grateful!

Had a lovely experiance, the shop assistants were very helpful and the pharmacist who served me was so patient and kind! Highly recommended!
