Pharmacists and assistants are always so helpful, goes above and beyond in customer service. Truly such pharmacies are rare to find these days. (LT)

Possibly a change in staff cause this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!

Always under staffed. Takes too long in queue. Not enough pharmacist. And sadly get medications scripts wrong. Sms for reminders are aways 2 weeks early even when you explain the date you require sms. They do not correct.

I would like to share my experience to whom may read this.
My family member was flying overseas, so we needed all repeats of medicines on prescription, when I went to two branches of chemist warehouse, and explained the situation, they (mostly young kids with not enough experience) asked for ticked and and other supporting documents, while we had so limited time, then I went to this pharmacy (direct chemist) and I met Dr Silvna, when she realised I'm stressed out due to our flight time and also we need all prescribed medicine, she asked other customers to help me out first, and she prepared all what we need in 5 minutes.and I realised even the price was cheaper than chemist warehouse, therefore I definitely won't go back to chemist warehouse again since they just wasted my time.at the end I want to say thanks to all kind, friendly and supportive team in direct chemist specifically pharmacist (dr) SILVANA.

We are very lucky to have such a caring place to get get advice and purchase what we need. Sylvania obviously only hires the best. Every one is so helpful and polite. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I do not go anywhere else.

Great friendly, helpful staff who were just as wonderful to my granddaughter in serving her, as they always are with me. Such a pleasure to shop there.

This is a good priced pharmacy with a personal touch. They have been our family pharmacy for many years and we have felt so well supported by them, especially over the last two difficult years. Thank you for being there. A little out of my way but when using any of general shops in Brentford Square I confidently use Direct Chemist Outlet for meds or vitamins etc. Over about 12 years the chemists and staff always so helpful and professional. At the end of the day community spirit is so important, here it comes in bucket loads; they deserve on going support unlike uncaring nasty US style bully chainstore irresponsibly trying to push them out.

As someone who works in the Healthcare Sector with very vulnerable people I desperately needed a Rat test kit and explained this to staff. I asked if it would be possible to just send a quick text/alert when stocks arrive as they do send me their product promotions from time to time on my phone.
I was surprised when two staff members who were standing together told me it was "''too much trouble"! I have always been a loyal customer in the past but now I feel that maybe that loyalty is not returned to customers.

Great customer service and excellent knowledgeable pharmacists and team members. They're always happy to help with whatever your needs are. Definitely recommend coming here.

During my visit today staff were very helpful in finding the products I was looking for and knowledgeable about the products. The checkout service was very friendly and professional. I have been shopping there for 30 years and I am never disappointed with the friendly caring service, advice and the recommended products.

Living foresthill nearly 20 years, alway shopping at Brentford square went there asked sign a document, they charged $3 Which fine, but the girl name Lam so rud to me, she yelling me why I didn't fill the form before ask her to sign, I will never go this shop again, you lost my business.
