After having been very satisfied with the service here I was extremely disappointed to be faced by a pharmacist not following protocol and failing to wear a mask. When raised I was told he forgot.
On returning to the pharmacy after a few minutes, he still had not bothered to put a mask on and thought speaking with me whilst holding a mask in front of his face was sufficient.
Masks are supposed to be worn properly particularly with at least one local Tier 1 hot spot.

When you have this many scripts a great customer service is essential they are knowledgeable professional and caring always go above and beyond what's required

Phamacist sneezed right in my face and smiled at me. When he realised I was taken back he offered me OTC discount. I guess that's how he managed to get favourable review before because I can't see any other reason why any person in his right mind should find merit in this individual.

I am appaled by this insolent and unprofessional behaviour and will never frequent this place again.

This chemist is the best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Mina, the pharmacist, is acutely aware of his regular customers needs, and goes out of his way to ensure these people get the best possible service, with a smile and more often than not, customers exit with a smile on their faces and I know that for the rest of the day my mood is well enhanced.

Really Pleased with the Bittern Chemist since we have moved into the area, staff have been very knowledgeable and customer service has been outstanding

It is such a great place. But what makes this chemist the best is the owner (and pharmacist) All the staff go above and beyond to help you with whatever your needs, the added bonus is that they are always happy, courteous and professional. What a Fantastic Chemist! I've never had this kind of personalized service before. I was greeted with happy friendly people, and nothing was to much trouble. The Pharmacist came out of his way to get to know me, and ask me about myself & history. I'm so glad i was told to go here from my work friend, as i wont be going to any other chemist around. Pity i can't give 6 stars! You don't see this kind of service anymore. Highly recommended!
