These guys have great communication skills and great prices. I corresponded with their rep Daniel who was super helpful and informative. Overall very professional and a good pick for printing posters / tickets.

I printed 1000 business cards on matt stock with silver foil print. This is what I got in return. A terrible shocking print job which I had to bin. The worst people to deal with, please be aware and avoid at all cost. They are scammers.

Quality, color and customer service has never disappointed. I have had some problems with lost packages and they have responded quickly and kindly. Me and everyone I have given these business cards have loved the feel of the cards giving us more trust about the quality.

Great service! Bernie is very personable and is an awesome technician. I am so glad that I selected The Appliance Doctor for my repairs! My Bosch dishwasher had an electrical issue, which is not always easy to diagnose. Bernie identified the issue within a few minutes. He ordered a replacement part and it has been running great ever since he installed it. The part in question was the power supply who's wiring that had melted. Additionally it had been installed in the wrong location. It was under the sink and it belonged in a slot under the dishwasher. Also the dishwasher was not anchored correctly when originally installed. I forgot to mention this to him but the first time I used it, I noticed that he had corrected this issue as well.

Dino Print provided a very competitive price and the quality of print job was really good. Customer service is great (though took me a while to get hold of them on the phone), I felt they listened to my concerns and resolved them appropriately. Although there was an error with my initial delivery, to their credit they conducted an investigation, realised the error was on their side and reprinted and express posted the $1000+ order at no additional charge to me within 24hr of me alerting them to the issue. Quite happy with Dino Print, I would use them again.

Been contacting these guys for over a week and NEVER answer. They did a terrible job with our cards. Over 80% are damaged and they have still not given us a refund. RIDICULOUS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely terrible service, they sent incorrect labels and refused to fix. Hang up on phone calls and do not respond to emails therefore fair trading became involved who recognised their services as completely unsatisfactory.

DO NOT USE Dino Print. Stupidly I paid for a service in good faith - that was not delivered. They didn’t send a proof and printed the wrong colours. They’re refusing to make good on the issue so far as hanging up on me and not responding to emails.

I've been using Dino Print for several years now and I've experienced nothing but excellent customer service with every interaction. I don’t know where to start. No legit phone number to talk to a customer service person about my job for clarification. Tried the Skype number, but the person couldn’t speak English and there was also a big delay and I also struggled to hear him properly (beyond the language barrier). Although claiming to be 100% Australian owned and operated, I’m not convinced. The grammar of the person I was emailing said to me that English wasn’t his first language. He argued a point online with me, only to later come back and say the same thing I’d said before. It didn’t bode well. When part of our job was delivered, it had a completely different contact name to mine, and our company name was misspelled. The colour on our brochure job didn’t appear to be right. And the quality on a couple of our other jobs was shocking. And the big question mark.the boxes said it was from a different print company! Then, today, a couple of weeks later, I have this other print company (from a different area of Melb) come to our office with another delivery for us.that we never ordered, for brochures that have nothing to do with our business. Again, a completely different contact name, but this time the spelling of our company name was right.but the job wasn’t for us! And to think I had to pay upfront via EFT!? Hmmm. I won’t use Dino Print again, but I really want the mystery solved! Who are they really?

Had used DinoPrint a few years ago without incident. Now the phone answers and just hangs up. QuickCopy near Burke Rd and Toorak Rd politely answered all my queries on first call.

What a wonderful company to rely on. I have been using Dino Print for all my printing needs for the last 5 years and they are the most efficient, professional company with such great products. I get my business cards, brochures and all printing needs. All orders take no longer that a week to get to my door. Such a fabulous company. Keep up the great work:)
