Got there earlier than their opening time to print a portfolio book. Regardless of being the very first customer, the lady ended up serving and printing everyone (around 5-8 people) else who came after even after I paid. She put off my job and even had to reprint twice because of an “error”. I had to wait 45 minutes for her to start printing my job, then another 20 minutes due to the error. They also charged an expensive fee compared to other printing services. Really disappointed with the bad and slow service given that you have to pay a lot for it.

Had a great experience working with the team at Dinkums Print and Design. They have always been super fast and responsive and always got the job done just as asked. Look forward to working with you guys in the future.

To be honest, the quality of this place will never let you down, but, some of the staffs made me really sick of this place, as some previous reviews mentioned, the service was not able to match the quality of its work.

Went in for a binding service. In and out in less than 10 mins with reasonable prices. Goodbye Officeworks, hello Dinkums:)

Overall a very bad experience. My friends and I came to place our booking the day before collecting our prints which should've been at 4pm, initially we were told that they could give it to us at 4: 30pm but instead we requested if we could get it at 4pm latest because our submission was due at 5pm and the person who served us gave us an okay. The next day we arrived at 4pm to collect them, our printing wasn't even ready for us yet and was told that we'd have to wait for another 20 minutes. We've waited for more than 20 minutes and only got them at almost 4: 45pm which didn't even meet the initial time given to us that was supposed to be at 4: 30pm. After collecting our prints whilst rushing to submit our work we realised that one of our prints were done wrongly, it was a binded folio however the arrangement of all the pages were wrong and was printed in black and white when it was supposed to be in colour. Quality of papered binding were all good however service wise we would never trust and come back here to do our printings again.

Was at a rush to print three A0s that was due within the same day, after not managing to print at uni or several other print shops in the city due to their late turnaround, Dinkums managed to bust out what I needed within 30 minutes! Very grateful for their service.

Professional team with a passion for their work, no job is ever too big or too small for them to complete or rise to the challenge. Having requested the world of their staff over the last three years, they have and continue to exceed my expectations as a print house.

I've gone to these guys many times over the years for various needs and they've always delivered with amazing quality and service! Get around them!

Only work one person.i waited long time to get printouts.lots of people waited when i do the printouts.why people wait long time to get printouts.please fix the issue.otherwise everything is ok.

I run a nearby restaurant and we get all our menus and other printing done here. Normally just email through what we need done and it's usually ready for collection within an hour or so. Great service and super friendly crew!
