Din San Nursery

Great nursery for a huge variety of natives and interesting plants. Large or small this place has them all, at very reasonable prices. Plenty of parking, easy to pick plants and helpful staff.

Lady in the front mentioned as manager.was so rude with customer very very unprofessional customer was humiliated and was really rude I will the products are great but the lady manager was rude rude rude hope the owners take a note

Great wholesale nursery. Biggest range of plants with new stock all the time. This is not for general public

Kind of all verities of plants you will find here. Huge nursery for trade people. Very well organized. Staffs very friendly and helpful.

Received a call from Paul, he apologies for the experience we had at his store and offered to fix the problem. I appreciate the courtesy of him calling and proposing to fix the problem.will give the Nursery a another go.changing my review rating from 1* to 4* as I believe if business willing to fix there error then we should give them a another go. Thank you for help:)

-very disappointed with way our complaint was handled by the manager received from the nursery. As it clearly says on Invoice that plants taken can be changed or returned within the 3 days of the purchase, so based on printed terms we opted to Change few of plants purchased to another type.our complaint was poorly managed, manager was communicating through the cabin.didn't even have courtesy to come out and talk.communicated via staff to email.in any case we asked if we can order the new type we required, and they refused to take the order reason given was as we are trying to refund this.to be honest the behavior & experience in the nursery was very un professional & rude.if the owner is reading this, please note its an Law under ACCC company's act that u have to Honor the returns if its in your terms on the invoice.and would appreciate a call to to resolve this or we will have no choice but to put an ACCC complaint in regards to violation of companies Act

Absolutely wonderful staff, so helpful! The young lady even helped me to my car. 5 stars is well deserved.

Amazing array of plants at great prices. Casey has been amazing when it comes to customer service. My sister and her boyfriend also buy from Din San regarding their landscaping business and love the service we receive from Casey. We have never seen her not happy and is always ready to help. Great customer service.

I wish I could say this about the other staff, however I can not. The older blonde lady always seems grumpy, I tend to avoid asking her questions. I prefer to talk to Casey and the younger girl with the dyed pink hair when possible as they are very easy to talk to.

Best nursey in Melbourne. The plants are always beautiful quality and staff are top notch. Casey is a legend! Sad to see retail customers make comments about service when they shouldn't be trading there in the first place. It is a wholesaler for a reason. Definitely recommend to other landscapers and associated trades

Not impressed with my recent experience with Dinsan and my client is not happy neither. I got the 17 wrong plants and had to take them because I had no other choice and have paid for them before pick up. They look sick and are actually smaller than what were quoted (10mm pots instead of 14mm pots, I just realised!). Please be careful, don’t assume the plants you get are the same as the ones put on the sales quote.

Lack of help from staff finding plants.
Had to find my own outback in a foeld of plants. Wasn't impressed

Just completed a a project that required plants I’d definitely recommend! Gave them plant list, got a great price and excellent customer service.

Went to Din San for the first time today and the plants were first class. And the range, staff were all superb.

My only complaint is the layout of the stock. It would be hard to navigate around if you were looking for specific types. One section had edibles, deciduous trees, a groundcover and a hedge all next to each other.

Otherwise I was really impressed with the stock and will definitely be back.

Unfortunately I can’t give you less than star.
The 50 years old blonde woman is probably the rudest person I met in this country, she’s really unhappy.
Such a shame she’s working with customers.
You can easily afford better employees that will do the job for the same price but with a positive impact on customers. I was thinking about coming back to buy some more plants, but I ll go somewhere else, nobody wants to spend money and being treat like that.

Some staff are amazing some staff are terrible. But it is a wholesale nursery. You should know what your doing

Huge range in lots of different sizes. Really keen pricing too. Was great to be able to landscape the garden without breaking the bank.

Wish had option to give them only half a star absolutely rude blonde lady who instead of understanding our needs was pushing us to go to bunnings. Owner of this nursery should throw out such a staff who are menance to their business

Not bad as others reviewers back in a year ago. Found wide range of plants with very good price.
I would say a minimum of half price than other places. You should select what you want and just pay. Staffs are not bad either and helpful. I will go there again for my next project.
