Had a very good experience with a recent troubleshooting and repair of a laptop. I had attempted to self-troubleshoot and fix my laptop, and made things worse (oops). Dimo's were understanding, and worked hard to have my laptop back in working order as quickly as possible (as I needed it for work).
Really good service really helpful as well they weren't able to fix my PlayStation but they were able to point me in the right direction to someone who was able to which I wouldn't have found without them.
