3 This afternoon I been shopping, something happen very confusing me for get my bill and changed, I asked the lady
who was serviced me for check the camera. But she blablabla and very rude said that they haven't under camera for counter.
Sell bad quality item. Even have the gut to tell the customer that the bathroom mat cannot be folded. What kind of bath mat breaks when folded. If you can't be bothered to fold the mat up and put in the bag for the customer at least come up with a better excuse! Ridiculous. Bad customer service both from the cashier and the manager. No greeting what so ever. It was good when they were on the other side of the centre, bigger store and better staff and management. The new place with new management is small and bad customer service. First time and will be the last at this sunshine place!
I am a longtime Dimmeys customer and supporter, but this recently reopened store is not in the big store it used to be, such as in the pictures
The new store is very small, doesn’t have a good range.
A sad ending for what was supposed to be the replacement for the Braybrook store.
