Dikstein's Corner Bar reviews
32Wonderful service, a cooked breakfast that was tasty and plentiful with good coffee. I will go back next time I'm in Melbourne.
Love their wine by the glass policy - they don’t have a standard wine menu, you have to walk on up and see what they have open at the time - so it’s always changing - and you’d get to try something you normally wouldn’t otherwise.
Interesting and unique bistro in the heart of Melbourne. A true Melbourne establishment with it's decor making a statement of its own. A piece of European cafe bar culture.
The Macchiato with Almond milk I have had there on four different occasions, is so far the best I have had in Melbourne. I say this with every bit of confidence! While I haven't tried anything from the menu, I did have a Banoffee Muffin which they make fresh everyday and it was incredible. I believe they make fresh muffins daily and the flavours always change. The food looks amazing from what I saw and the customers seemed to enjoy it all.
I tried strong flat white (with extra shot and no charges for that) and croissant. The staff was amazingly friendly and cool. The place was beautiful in and out. I did not order alcohol but I think that a great variety of drinks were available.
Delish pizzas, central laid back and cosy. We come pretty regularly. The new prawn pizza is awesome
Stumbled across this place looking for somewhere for an afternoon drink before we had to fly out. Had a bottle of wine to share and ordered their Malbec which was delightful. The bar is quaint and has a lot of character. The outside lane definitely has a European feel about it which really makes you forget you're in Melbourne. Great service - staff are very friendly and accommodating! We didn't order any food but the smell of food wafting from the kitchen made it very tempting! Maybe next time:)
It's okay. They don't cut your pizza before serving it to you. They give you a blunted steak knife and you are meant to cut it yourself. We ended up just tearing it apart.
Awesome. Always a fresh selection of wine and food, they are open for breakfast as well! Bonkers cool, x
Great bar with a nice range of wines, friendly staff and a laid back relaxed environment that doesn't seem to be trying too hard.
I absolutely love this place for breakfast. Everyone must try their egg & bacon roll. Coffee is always great. Service and vibe is also right up there.
One of our favourite go-to's in Melbourne, warm, cozy and welcoming. Reminds us of our go-to bar home in Christchurch; Vesuvios
