I came here like 3 years ago to get my laptop battery replaced. The worker was very kind and had great communication, also gave me their business card. He said I needed to pay a $50-$100 deposit so he could order another battery overseas and that it could take a couple months. I paid, waited for months and months. Didn’t hear anything…I think I’ve been scammed

Fixed my laptop up in a couple of hours, diagnosed the problem really quickly and gave me cost effective solutions to get it fixed. Most importantly felt like my laptop/information was safe in their hands.

Friendly & professional manner. Fixed iPhone speaker good as new. Knowledgable & provides good advice on electronics.

Sam was veey helpful. He replaced the faulty Dell fan and my laptop is working very well and quietly. If I have amy concerns in the future I'll be happy to use his service again.

I broke my phone (galaxy s22ultra) and had taken it to Digizone. They had fixed it in less then an hour. Very good customer service 10/10

Brought my Microsoft surface to get it fix a couple of months ago. Took them about 1 week plus to let me know that my laptop was non fixable according to the technician. He gave me a tons of excuse and tell me to throw my laptop away or get a new one. So I decided to pick up my laptop and when I pick it up one of the rubber to allow the laptop to sit nicely was missing therefore I ask them to find a replacement. Till date after 3 personal visit to the shop not a single phone call from them. Worst customer service ever.

And guess what, I decided to drop it to another laptop repairer and they fix it within 2 days.

Very professional and nice young man who fixed our cracked Acer Nitro laptop screen for a great price. The laptop is as new now and very happy with the service! A+

Sam is great and has helped me out with phone and laptop repairs for me and my kids on several times.

Didn't have the part needed to repaor my phone screen, & when i mase enquiries about mobile phonws they had to sell i was presented with a vedy limited range, consisting of some new & some refurbished phones, & prices that were definitely on the higher end of the scale especially for the refurbished ones. Would have given one star however due to COVID i know businesses are doing it tough & need to be given a break somewhere

Exceptional service at Digizone. Got my phone screen repaired same day. 6 months on and it’s still working perfectly like the original.
