The service through the whole process, from initial enquiry through to final installation, was very good. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and very well informed with the product. I was kept updated on every step. Edward, the installer, was efficient and patient in showing us all the functions. The whole process ran smoothly. I would recommend DDS wholeheartedly.

Now also having the ability to do WiFi printing to the new machine, together with a colour option, are truly invaluable features for our service to our community.

After researching a few different copier companies for what was best suited for the business, I knew my decision to go with DDS was the right one. This was confirmed after my initial dealings with Larry. He was down to earth, knowledgeable and very approachable if I had any follow up questions. Dealing with other members of staff (Louise), made the whole process so easy. A special thanks also to Trevor from IT who came out and set up the machine. (especially for his patience)! I was pleased with the service I recently received at DDS. The process from selecting a printer through to installation was effortless and Larry was highly knowledgeable and answered all my questions. After a miscommunication, DDS resolved the issue promptly and my machine was ready to use. Prices are very reasonable and the knowledge of having a company who has a turnaround time of around four hours for repairs is highly reassuring.
