Had the misfortune of purchasing some overpriced, no-name chinos, because I have been trying to support local business, as a local doctor at the local hospital emergency for some time now.
The chino was such poor quality it did not last 2 months, only a few washes. When I raised the issue with the manager Phil, the way the he spoke to me was absolutely and downright appalling. In addition, the manipulation and furphys about not being a manufacturer fault therefore not valid, then making my fault though I had followed the washing instructions, was disgraceful and quite likely illegal. He did not offer anything to make things right, on the contrary saying to me "Don't you have anything better to do with your time? " Wow.
This owner and store does not respect consumer rights, a real shame and disservice to the local community.

I needed a suit and instead of going to the big shopping centres I thought I'd support my local shops
I walked past Dickson's Mensland and the sales guy Cal addressed me immediately showed me options and I was very comfortable in my decision pants alterations done overnight and picked up first thing next morning.
Prices are fare and reasonable would recommend this store well done Cal 10/10
