If there had been a 6th star I would have ticked it I placed my order by phone and bra's had to be altered, it was less than 36hrs and there they were this transaction took less than 24hrs exceptional service, not wonder from the age of 10 I keep going back

The woman who helped me was not at all interested in my custom. She came out smelling like cigarettes and still chewing her lunch, seemed completely disinterested in giving me options, expected me to buy a bra that did not fit me properly and commented a number of times on my 'size'. When I asked if they kept notes on the fittings so that if I changed my mind I would know which bra was best, she called out to me that she would leave the form on the chair outside of the change room for me to fill in. She then disappeared to the back of the store before I had come out of the change room and did not return to collect my form or to even say good bye to me.

I would like to note that I have changed my review from one star to three stars due to the contact that I have received from the associate director since my original review. Tiffany made it very clear that my experience was highly irregular and even offered to personally make the four hour round trip to my home with stock so that I didn't have to do it again with a toddler in toe.

Finding Dickory Dock after all my years of lingerie shopping, has really changed my life! The service is exceptional and the staff are just wonderful, making me feel at ease and solved all my problems.

What a wonderful store! The atmosphere was warm and inviting and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Their attention to detail and care helped me find the most comfortable bra I've ever owned!
