The lady/Manager was the rudest and most unprofessional woman I have come across in years. Her behaviour was absolutely appalling. My mum said she will pray for her as to be so disgracefully rude she must needs prayers. True, or she’s just a rude person. To treat customers in the way she does is appalling. She refused to help me and told me to go to another dry cleaners. Why work with people if you’d rather be elsewhere. I went to the dry cleaners next to The Main restaurant and the couple were beyond welcoming and helpful. I spent $460 for 20 items that needed alterations and dry cleaning. Money to the right people who wanted to help.

Took my deb dress in with a little bit of fake tan under the arms and on the chest area, when i received it back there was what looked like a coffee stain on the bodice. Not happy with this service + customer service was extremely rude. They said they undercharged me when I brought it up to them when it was no fault but heir own. They have had this dress for months

We have been going here for years. Always polite and friendly staff. Everything we have had dry cleaned over the years has come back like new. Would highly recommend

I have used this service in the past however decided against it due to the price which is always more than the competitor berwick village dry cleaners and now the ratings. I personally didnt have an issue with my service however as i said it was expensive.

What did get me to take time out of my busy schedule was reading the comments and more importantly the replies by the owner here. Firstly, if this many people complaing about your business it is you - not them - so you might want to listen to them, you obviously dont get it. Secondly, you might want to temper you attitude when replying to their comments as it just shows you are in fact what they say you are.rude! Criticising a customer for having too much time on their hands because as i recall she complained about you doing unauthorised alterations is pretty bad form. I presume she made the complaint as she was upset about the matter, sometimes we take time for this.

To the customers who are posting glowing reviews here. Perhaps they just didnt destroy your clothes, overcharge you or perhaps you are just mates. Either way, i cant see why they are getting 5 stars. Easy markers perhaps. The owners are quite obviously not professional in their behaviour or service by any stretch evidenced by their own response comments throughout these reviews

P.s. I have used your service (though not anymore) and no i dont have lots of time on my hands you are just annoying.

Told me my Zimmerman shorts were not dry cleanable (only when I turned up to collect them). They have been dry cleaned elsewhere as per the label's instructions. They obviously have no idea what they are doing and I would warn anyone else with good quality clothing not to go near them. No doubt the owner will come back with a snarky remark about how rude I am (I'm not particularly) - she would be better off listening to the numerous complaints and improving her business.

Great servcie but cant use them at the moment as they are only open 10-2.00 weekdays and I am working so cant drop off and pick up.

Compared to some of these comments on here, I must have gone to another Diane's Dry Cleaning Boutique as I could not and can not fault the friendly service. I even had a special request and it was done well within the promised time and even received an unexpected courtesy call to advise it was ready.

Common courtesy goes both ways and if the Customer wishes good service then begin with the right attitude. No small business can, could or will stay in business if they were rude all the time or have poor customer service.

Absolutely dreadful service. The assistant was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I should have just left then but I wanted 3 skirts made smaller. I left all the measurements with them. I said I needed to know how much they would be before going ahead as if it was going to cost me the price of buying new I would buy new. She said that the alterer wasn't in so couldn't give me a price. I thought fair enough but I did stress that I needed them to give me a quote before starting the work. It was all printed off with the instructions clear. I never heard a word from them. I went in and they said that they had tried to contact me and had left a message asking if I wanted to go ahead. There were NO messages left and she was very rude. I said I would just take the skirts. She said I couldn't as they had already been altered! I stated that I hadn't been given a quote and had certainly NOT given the go ahead for them to do it! Again I said well how much? She couldn't tell me and I had to go back the next day! I went back yesterday. Again a different woman said she had called but I absolutely know that she didn't as there was no record. I was furious by this time. I eventually got a cost and I regused to pay it. I paid less $5 each but really I should have paid a LOT less as I didn't say to do it. As it was they weren't even pressed and the workmanship was diabolical. Great big thick bits of material in the waistband.
All in all I think it was the worst service I have ever had in Australia. I shall certainly NOT be returning and reading the other reviews I am not alone.

Wost experience and worst customer service ever! Took my sisters wedding dress in and went it was time to pick up there black lines over it and stains all over the dress! When i advised them those stains and marks were not there, owners were so rude! They both got so defensive and told me that we had brought the dress in that way! They told us that they do not put stains on clothing and that we had stains over it before we brought it in.disgraceful customer service! The male owner started yelling at us and told us he couldnt guarantee he could remove those marks and stains.he disrespected my mum by saying he couldnt understand a word she was saying and was calling us liars.he finally agreed to put the dress through the cleaning process again but yelled at us telling us he didnt not want us to wait in his shop! Disrespectful, rude and arrogant is what best describes him.all he did was shift the blame and no empathy was shown at any stage!

Really nice people, great customer service, always go there as it is quick turnaround and they do a great job.

Absolutely shocking service. They were nice to begin with. BUT. I dropped off my wedding dress at the beginning of June 2017 and each month I was ringing to see if the dress was ready as it was way passed the timeframe they said it would take.

I was told they ran out of boxes and are awaiting them any day now. I rang again on the 9th of November.almost 5 months later and they said “oh yes it’s ready”.

I explained my frustration that NO ONE bothered to call me. The man I spoke to didn’t ever bother to apologise and kept making excuses like “sorry we are very busy”.

Not good enough! I wanted to take professional photos of my newborn on my wedding dress and could not because this place let me down. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Have given them three attempts now. The clothes go in cleaner than they come out. Make up on the White shirts. I get them cleaner at home. When I picked up my clothes. The school jumper was filthy. She said it wouldn't come out. I said it hadn't been washed. It was flour from cooking at school and it always comes out. Funny it came out the second time they washed. I'm washing my hands of them.

Lovely people who do a magnificent job. After over 15 years in Berwick & still such a busy dry cleaners proves they must do a very professional job.
