The old Venetians had seen better days so hit up Diamond Blinds for a refresh and they did a fantastic job. From Tracy running the business to Charlie who restrung the old blinds, couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Very professional, super friendly with fantastic customer service, they are just a great company and product. Very highly recommended, the best out there.

We are very happy with the two venetian blinds installed at our kitchen and dining area windows yesterday. They look great, and function beautifully. Dillon, who attended to install the blinds, approached the job with appropriate care and attention, and with his easy and friendly manner, was a pleasure to deal with. Our experience with Diamonds so far has been really satisfying. We'll now be looking to the next step: curtains for the lounge.

Great Job Diamond Blinds, Very satisfied with their work. I'd previously hired another company to put up my awning, but they took up to 6 months and was still missing parts on the day of install. Incredibly friendly and professional customer service!

I came in the other day with a plastic piece of my blind that was broken with the chain. And i didn't even have to say anything, they knew exactly what it was, what was wrong with it and had it fixed and on my way with a tiny bill in less than 10 minutes! They even gave me a quick run-down and a business card if had any trouble installing it.

10/10 for customer service and product knowledge, really great shop.

Have always found Diamonds a pleasure to deal with, have had several blinds made over 5 years or more. The guys that measure up are the actual fitters so they give great advice and know what they are talking about. Have always been punctual, finished products of good quality. Office staff and accounts also efficient.

This firm is excellent - I have used them for many years and quality and service have always bee top notch. I have avoided the often "cheaper" quotes *from other suppliers) as these often turn out to be rubbish materials. I generally stick to Diamonds Blinds as they never let me down.

Overall good experience. Ian was helpful in selecting the type and colour of blinds, install was quick and clean. We noticed a problem with one of the blind mechanisms, it was replaced within two days and we haven't had any subsequent problems. Thank you!
