My husband bought a bent trowel the owner wouldn't refund him the money even though the product was faulty.terrible services for a family owned business. I won't be back! Clearly the owner needs training to run a business.

Great to get old fashioned support and service, very rare these days.range is bigger than i expected too.

I rang the store the other day to buy some bricklaying tools for my husband’s business and the service was excellent. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and Peter on the phone was very helpful and patient. My husband is happy with the tools we received.

I Bought a cement mixer from Diamond way tools and had to fight with Vcatt for 8 months to get a refund.
This company will hold your money at ransom and will not refund any faulty good sold from there store.
Products are over price and poor quality for the consumer.
A better store for bricklaying tools would be langys or technic tools and more reasonably priced.

People please do your self a favour and do not shop here.

Great service and range. I had a problem with a blade which worked out to be operator error. They were more than happy to fix things up, you just won a customer for life, thanks Peter!

I needed a new fuse cover for the motor on my BT Brick saw, he made multiple calls to try and find one from another supplier without success but ordered a new one express from Sydney. He went above and beyond what anyone normally would, Thanks so much for your time, patience and effort. Jim
