Diamond Valley Violets & Lavender

What an amazing lady. Purchased a lovely lavender and wheat heat pack on a whim at Ballarat Begonia Festival on weekend and opened up to use last night. Disappointingly when carrying back from microwave I felt something trickle out - small seam open at top of bag. Whilst it was a disappointment I had planned to buy needle and thread to remedy on next weekend. I called the lovely people and Diamond Valley Lavender just to advise. Just like that I have a new one free of charge on its way to me by post. I offered to pop the other one back during my nearby travels and told politely to keep and stictch and enjoy. Customer service "with a smile " and a very happy customer. Happy with my other purchses madr from them as well
