Professional cleaning service. I shopped around before contacting them. They gave me the best price. Could not be happier with the result. Got my bond money back.

They try to avoid tax so they won’t give you invoice. If you ask them invoices they will CHARGE you. Cleaner didn’t come on time also the quality is very average lots of stain on the mirror. DEFINITELY AVOID this company otherwise you will regret.

Very bad bussiness, we were quote for $450，end up charging us $1500. It was 2 days job, on the first day when they finished, they left front entrance open, and all the lights were on.when we ring the company, we were told it is okay nothing got stolen. On the second day, before hand over, we checked their work and asked why is second floor window not cleaned, The guy replied it was too high. When we asked why is the area.underneath sofa and bed were not cleaned? The girl replied she didn't know. When we asked why is the timber floor washed by water? The girl didn't say anything.

Much better thanking taking to the dry cleaners. Less heavy work for me, no wrinkling during transport, and no re-hanging! I wish I had discovered this service sooner. Well worth the money, Eddy. Thank you.

DS was very professional over the phone & on the job. Efficient, attention to detail, carpets looked amazing.

Not good.overall is ok.but The kitchen cleaning just obviously not doing properly.
- Some water mark left on the cabinet
- Lots of black stuff left on the sink
- The ventilator still have some oil there.obviously not cleaning well
- Detergent/ water mark on the gas cooktop.
- The dirty racks of the gas cooktop haven't been cleaned up, easily see the stains there

& BUT THE WORSEN THING WAS
THEY ASKED FOR 10% EXTRA FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
They should have to notice me before when I ask and confirm the price when booking BUT NOT WHEN THEY ARE HERE

I paid $396 in total for a one bedroom apartment
For this standard of service, I will consider this as an overpriced service with just this quality.

Do not choose this company, worst customer service I have ever seen in Australia. They will not care anything about your pet and children at all.
I was trying to find the cleaner for washing my carpet, and I contacted them via messages. I asked what kind of products they were using because I have baby and kittens in my home. They said something rude and refused to answer any questions, the reason they gave me was they had plenty of customers and they would not care just one who has child.
Ridiculous and I had showed the screenshots with all my friends and I would not suggest this company to anyone.

We have used your services for several years now and have always been impressed with the professionalism and punctuality of your staff.
