8Myself and my housemate hired diamond shine to do our end of lease clean. To say we were extremely disappointed is an understatement. Not only did they do a half job but they also tried saying that we didn't get quoted for the ceilings and door frames and the full job we required. We both had to go back twice to finish the clean ourselves. They also failed to turn of the lights after using our power and we had a large electric bill to pay on top of the over expensive and ridiculous bill they had delivered us.when asked for a reduction in price for the inconvenience and unprofessional job done, they argued with us saying that they would take of $40 as they feel this was reasonable for what they had done.in totaal they charged us just under $600 for a 2 bedroom townhouse. Will not be recommending this company if you want a job done properly.

From when I first met the team to quote, they were responsive and attentive, happy to accomodate my needs. After the first clean, they were very keen to receive feedback and ensure the quality was to my liking. The cleaning crew are always punctual and polite, working away diligently to get the job done.
