Honestly worst manicure/ shallac I’ve ever had. The gentlemen was lovely but obviously not a nail technician. The whole experience was messy and my nails are so patchy and then he charged me $35! This is what I get for going in on Christmas Eve. I understand you’re busy but don’t put people who can’t paint nails on. I can’t wait for Boxing Day to go get them taken off somewhere else.

Excellent first time experience at the salon today where my daughter had her nails coloured with Christmas art (which could not be done at other salons). Turned out perfectly. My shellac pedicure was equally well done too. Will definitely come back.

Had sns done it was lumpy with sharp edges and the constantly caught on things. They didn’t even look nice! They didn't last a week definitely the worst nails I have had done!

I have been getting my SNS nails done here each month for over 12 months and they have done a fantastic job.

Don't bother with this one ladies, please read the reviews and TRUST THEM! I spent $90 on a mani pedi, asked for square nails with rounded edges and I've walked out with round nails, badly painted, streaky as heck, I would have made her change them but they've been cut and filed so low I barley have any nail left to fix. DO NOT GO HERE!

17/6/19 Just had the most revolting experience at this 'salon'. The manager did my nails and filed them so short that they're actually throbbing. The shellac job was so dodgy, even the other staff member agreed. My daughter commented on how angry and rough she was with my nails. I said I was only happy to pay half to cover costs, she said she'd remove the shellac and call security. I had two small kids with me so didn't want to cause a scene, but honestly feel like I was abused! Stay away

They do a fair pedicure, however a smile would not go astray. AND it is rude to talk in another language in front of a client who only speaks English.

Staff are rude, the place is very dirty, they do a very average job and it's sooo expensive! Will not be going there again.

Worst salon ever! Awful job! Nothing is cleaned in between customer (had to ask her to clean it)!

Got some sns coffin nails and they have turned out so cute. I'm shy and had a quiet girl but one of the others was telling her client funny stories which was nice to relax and listen to without being in the conversation lol. My nails are perfect. Very happy.

Terrible job, extremely unprofessional staff, got stains all over my hands supposedly shaped my nails Not one nail is the same shape. To think my nails looked a lot better before they touched them!
Would not recommend to even my worst enemy!

Rude people working there, stay away from this place, i think they first need to have a course for social behaviours, for how to talk to customers, and also to learn to respect people from any nationality and any culture, they need to be mentioned here is Australia and there is strong rules which defence of customer rights, if they cannot cope with them it is better to close this place, they hurt me during the nail job and also hurt me verbally, i will sue them and i know what should i do legally for this rude people, i will teach them how respect to people's rights.people don't pay for your rudeness they pay for what you do for them which is terrible in fact, , i am sure they haven't had any professional training so far.
STAY AWAY from this place, so these learn not to be rude to other people, and also learn to respect to people.

Worst place to get your nails! Will not be going back & thinking to complain to centre management. The staff there was very rude, rough job with nails, hurt me & cut my thumb not even apologised! I thought after going there once & experiencing bad customer service, I gave another chance but same real bad experience. I tried talking to the lady that was doing my nails thought maybe good word can change her mood but she vas so rude & told me she doesn't like her job. I was shocked.
Stay away from diamond nails, the business should be shut!

So disappointed. Went for a refill for sns and was told they don't do it.i have had it done before there.they did a soak off and new sns.what a terrible job.the glitter got on my plain nails and its such a rough job for $55. I wont be back. Wish i could post a photo
