Diamond Nails Highpoint

Pretty bad. Told them I was getting married and first time doing nails. Just basic white with glitter. Paint was blotchy, uneven and not a care in the world. Leaving this review because the ring finger was one of the worst painted. Worst nightmare for a bride to be. Very scarred from this experience. Don’t go here.

Had the pleasure of getting my mani done by the lovely owner, Nicki, who was the sweetest. Despite it being quite busy she was very attentive and didn’t have me waiting at all. Very happy with the outcome and definitely a returning customer!

I have been visiting regularly for 6 months now and I can genuinely say that Diamond Nails Highpoint has the best quality SNS I have ever received in the 10+ years I have been getting my nails done.
All the staff are so lovely and I love that Nikki knows exactly what color I want every visit.

Had sns removed and replaced and they did a great job, slightly uneven of filing but happy to correct as needed, also has a great range of sns colours. I get sns regularly and so was a bit wary after the mixed reviews, but salon was very clean staff were friendly and did a great job.

Highly impressed by the quality! The salon was stylish and clean. The nail technicians were skilled and gave my nails a natural yet stunning look. A great find!

I am honestly surprised by the negative review left here. As a regular customer of Diamond Nails for years, I have always received exceptional service and beautiful nail work. The technicians are skilled and experienced, and I've never had any issues with cuticles or bleeding. They have successfully executed various nail art designs for me, including chrome stars on my nails, and the results were stunning. I believe this review is an unfortunate exaggeration and doesn't represent the true quality of Diamond Nails.

Super impressed with the cleanliness and hygiene standards of this salon. The staff was friendly, and my manicure was flawless.

This place was horrible i got charged $75 for french nails that were brown and they filed them for 1 hour and made them half the length i wanted and cut my friends fingers DO NOT GO HERE!

Painted toes wrong colour and didn’t provide discount or offer to fix. Pedicure took over 2 hours as sat in chair waiting for 25+ minutes.

Best manicure I have ever had, the ladies here are amazing and the customer service was excellent. I will never go anywhere else for my nails!

The lady I had I believe was the owner, she was talking to me so nicely. They were all so kind and make sure that your okay and if you wanted anything more. They are the best nail salon that I have ever been to. I recommend people to go there

I came here on the 23rd of December at 9.15 am it was busy I was told to come back in 15 minutes, I was fine with that I told them I would be back in 15 to 20 minutes.
I returned back I had 3 children with me, after sitting there for almost an hr I asked politely how much longer it would be as my kids were getting very restless, with that the owner I think started slamming things and speaking in Vietnamese in an aggressive tone and came to me and started my nails.
She was ignoring me as I tried to bring a conversation to her.
She also was filing the sides of my fingers in her rage.
She left me with uneven nails and they were looking so ugly shaped and thick.
I found asking her for anything extra was something she was just not happy with doing.
She also charged me 90 dollars which I think was way to much.
I ended getting them removed on boxing day as I couldn't bare to look at them anymore they were very ugly.
The nail tech that removed them said it looked like whoever done them must have only started Learning to do them.
I wish I had read all these reviews I would never ever had stepped foot in this place.
I may have got ripped of but I will never be back in this horrible place again.

Got an acrylic soak off and nothing else. Charged me $20 when their price list says $15. Very dishonest m

Stoped doing my nails because they damaged it. It is also waist of money. I am doing my nails my self with regular polish.
Rude staff as well.

Went for a normal manicure, the lady rushed everything even the way she was chopping off my nails felt like she trained at dog groomers. She cut atleast two of my fingers and then only said sorry. She said I need to sit somewhere else to dry my nails and while taking my things there, she ruined one of my nails and instead of redoing it, she just applied another layer of top coat. I complained at cashier and they said I'll only pay 20 instead of 25. Horrible. Don't do it. I don't know how they are in business tbh. Terrible coating. Terrible cleaning. My friend was there for manicure and told the lady she didn't like it and she didn't do anything. She removed her polish when she reached home.

I had my nails done here and had the poorest quality of SNS done for a ridiculous price. Two days after having them done they began to crack at the edges. To have shellac done on my toes and SNS with tips I was charged $105; I have never been charged so much. The price wasn’t even the issue, it’s the fact that she was indirect when telling me prices to begin with and also did such a poor job. I would not recommend this place unless you want rushed, overpriced and poor quality nails.

If you want to be verbally abused by the young nail technician, get told your sns almond French tips are ugly and wait 2 hours then go here. My first time here as I’m not from the area. Very bad attitudes amongst colleagues and the young nail technician sighs rolls her eyes at you. I was nothing but polite never complained once even though I wasn’t happy with them and when I spoke up once about not wanting a thick shellac over my sns she verbally abused me about making her life hard, started yelling in another language and left me there while another tech who was lovely had to finish it off. This is why we don’t speak up when we aren’t happy it’s because you get yelled at. Do not go here. I understand these women work very hard and I always tip them too. That’s also why I don’t speak up when I want something changes because if I was them I can understand how exhausting it must be but when you’re paying $70 for sns French tips, being spoken to disrespectfully like that is something you don’t want to experience. I cannot believe the level of professionalism at this salon it does not exist here.

I see Nikki at Diamond Nails and she is amazing. She always ensures I’m looked after and happy with my service! Further more she is excellent at doing nails, I’m very specific with my shape and have never left not loving them! Highly recommend.

Poor service, my sns is coming off within a week, even though I don’t do nothing which has to use my nails. The lady who did mine was rude and couldn’t understand what colour I wanted and she put another colour on me. Is not good at alllll for the price too.
