Went for a pedicure here. Great experience and reasonable price of $45. Was attended to by Emma who was detailed and attentive and had no problems with my request for nail thinning. Was the only male customer.

I had very high hopes like some ladies also have said but was so so disappointed. $140 for hands and feet and it’s the ugliest nails I’ve gotten. They are wonky and the French looks uneven and weird. I kept saying it’s too short since the beginning. I asked her not to cut it so short but she kept saying “i think it’s nice”. It really doesn’t matter what she things when I’m the one who needs to pay. I’ve been to many salons and never ever have I been this disappointed. Especially after paying this much.

Worst SNS application I’ve ever had. They were put on so thin that all nails cracked within a week.

Nails are okay, but I don’t appreciate being asked to pay my nails BEFORE they are done as I’ve NEVER had any other place ask this of me. And watched other customer pay AFTER their nails are done. Second time this has been asked of me and I don’t appreciate it.

The staff was really rush and my nails have not done nicely. I filled the feedback form as they recommended and customer service spent 3 weeks to reply and offered me to get my nails done again. When I tried to book a new time after a few days, they said I replied too late, and they won't be able to offer it again to me. So they can take three weeks to reply but I take too long to reply? They don't really care about customer service at all.

Excellent service and friendly staff, my girlfriend had a very great time with a lady who goes by the name Tina. I would recommend getting your nails done by her.

Took over 1&1/2 hours to get nails painted. They were to busy trying to fit as many customers as they could in then he did a really poor rushed job.

A lovely man helped me remove my sns. He was understanding of my needs, courteous, patient and kind.

I got my nails done. The lady was very harsh on the nails. All my fingers have cuts because of the way she was nail filing it. My nails are still sour. Work was good, but the rush they were in made it worse.

SHOCKING PRODUCT! My 16 yr old daughter was disgracefully treated! Got nails put on for a formal and they didn’t even last 1 day before 1 broke, and 2 days later 3 broke and within a week, 5 nails broken! Refused to refund her money. VERY SHONKY PRODUCT! Disgraceful customer service. I would NEVER EVER trust this business! They should be ashamed for refusing to refund a child for their dodgy product!

ZERO star! The worse place ever! I had my nails done here yesterday for the first time ever and I'm nothing but disappointed and furious!
I asked for a cut and manicure and was left with brittle unfinished dodgy job ever! The person doing my nails was so distracted that they cut two of my finger nail cuticles too far leaving me to bleed!
I have attached photos of their work on my nails! Please don't be fooled by the ratings like me and so many others! If you love yourself, find somewhere better!

Friendly staff, used my groupon voucher for basic manicure.overall service was ok but not the best not sure how clean they sterilise the tools.
