We used Diamond Fencing twice in 4 years and they have always been professional and erected a quality fence.

We highly recommend using these guys for an affordable black mesh wire fence.

Sent details via the email online quote. No response.week later i rang the buisness number and received the answering machine i left detailed message and phone number to please call me back again no response. Just rang them then Lady that answered the phone very rude, the bloke t i spoke to had zero care factor and was extremley patronizing. Oddly enough i think i will take my buisness elsewhere. Shocking customer service

Unprofessional phone manner, just tried to do conversation for a quote, got very unwelcoming and cold response. Will not recomment them.

Terrible customer service, receptionist was incredibly rude and communication/response time was extremely poor.
In calling to enquire when I would receive my quote (that the gentleman turned up to quote completely unannounced after no contact) I was spoken to rudely and was told that "to expect a quote within 3 business days was ridiculous. "
I will be taking my business elsewhere. Don't bother with this company.

My experience with Diamond Fence was fantastic! People in the office and who were setting up the fence where very polite and professional. Job got done relatively quickly and the end result was better than I expected. If you want your home to look nice for a reasonable price and with a great service, I recommend using Diamond Fence.

Lodged an quote inquiry via the website and received no communication. Called up about 10 days later and spoke to a lady in the office who gave me a direct email address to resend my inquiry to. Nearly a week has passed and still no communication.

Following up customer inquiries is basic stuff.

Just rang for a quote, no one was there who could help however they did ring back within 20 min to help. Help, well the guy who rang had such an attitude that I ended up hanging up. I'm a fencer and I know if I treated my clients the way he did, I would go broke. Wont be using Diamond fencing again.

In all honesty one of the most professional organisations i have ever dealt with. Not only prioritised an urgent requirement immediately after the Xmas break, they returned twice to do some additional work that we didn't realise we needed. Jason is a champ, and quality of workmanship is exceptional. No point even thinking about going anywhere else again!
