Diaco's Garden Nursery

Searched everywhere for a JFK tea-rose and finally got one from Diacos. I go here regularly and also to the one in Mornington. Both have great range of items and friendly helpful staff

The team at Diaco’s Heatherton were absolutely amazing in helping with a last minute request for my wedding: I needed 6 small plants to create a symbolic inner circle to get married in. I didn’t know what I wanted, but the team was brilliant in picking out beautiful plants and potting them - the day before the wedding. Thank you!

Called in advance to confirm stock, size and prices. Explained we were coming from a distance too. Arrived to have them take 20min just to find who we spoke to and find the product. Then we find the person working there couldn't tell the difference between weeping and not. Complete wasted our time.

Hello, I would just like to give a special mention and thanks to Billy who helped my husband and I buy the perfect dwarf orange tree, along with a pot and all the things we needed to make this a feature piece for outside our laundry. He was very helpful in finding exactly what we did and didn't not need and providing advice for us beginner gardeners. We are very grateful for the outstanding customer service we received. Moderate size garden that was cleared, Sarah the designer, from Diacos helped with great ideas, plants have been well chosen, Sarah has been professional & very helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend

Plants are reasonably priced and the staff were very friendly and I could tell they knew what they were talking about. Nursery also looks great! Would definitely recommend!

After being a regular customer here - I ordered 70 plants for my workplace after getting a sample from the Heatherton store. What we received were plants less than half the height of what I ordered. Sarah and Darcy were both incredibly rude on the phone and only provided a refund after several lengthy phone calls. I was never informed I may get plants less than half the size of the sample. Almost $40 each for tiny plants not fit for purpose. Sarah initially refused to refund the delivery fee and then said she would take care of it. I was then later told via email that no, they wouldn't refund the delivery charge. Will not be supporting this business again.

Excellent selection of plants at reasonable prices.
Employees were helpful and knowledgeable.

Staff member Billy is a wonderful young man. I realised I had a flat tyre at closing time and he came out and changed my tyre for me and got me on my way. Such a kind and genuine person.

Great looking nursery, absolutely no customer service at all. I asked two assistants for help- one pointed me in the direction the other just said if you can’t find it it’s not there.do work in a costumer service role if you don’t want to assist customers. Real disappointment.

Nice looking nursery and helpful staff. Prices are a premium and some are almost unimaginable nonetheless Id still shop here for their range of goods.

I was at Diacos Heatherton today looking for a Purple Grass plant. A young assistant asked if I needed help, and we looked together to no avail. So I went to another section for other plants. A little while later he hurried over saying "I've been looking for you. I found your plant and I thought you'd gone". I was very grateful for his care and attention. Always good service at this nursery.

The customer service is good, I ordered a few 14cm and 20cm lime tuff online, and rang them after 2 days to change all plants to 20cm ones, they did it for me without any questions. The delivery is very prompt as well.

We chose lime tuff for its compact look. However, we feel their lime tuff comes with very thin leaves and leaves are not as compact as the ones from Bunnings. (As per picture, the first five are from Bunnings, and the three ones in the back are from Diaco's.)

One of the lime tuff we got is super small. It just fell out of the pot when we were planting it. It feels like it just got transferred to the big pot. (The one with red arrow in the picture.) I would definitely expect the plant to the same, if not better than the ones from Bunnings given the more expensive price tag and bigger pot size. Anyway, hope things open up in Victoria soon so we can see before we buy.

Always enjoy my time at this nursery and I do loose track of time which is good passing of time, heaps of variety of plants? And great knowledge staff

Exceptional good prices and good quality plants. With the same price with Bunnings, the tree is much taller! The range of plants is wide among a couple of garden nurseries I visited, and the staff is very helpful. By the way, if you want to buy trees, it's better to drive a trailer. Typical and smallest apple, pear, cherry, olive trees there are all taller than 1.5m.

Lockdown click and collect. First time I have bought plants from Diaco's - grafted avocado (Hass) and chestnut (April Gold). Better than any I had previously contemplated at other nurseries - good price, well established, very healthy looking and not pot bound. Click and collect ready the next day. Glad they weren't open to public - probably would have bought too much.

Aesthetically beautiful nursery, always helpful and plants always seem to grow well after purchase unlike your big stores like Bunnings.

Have had an absolutely fantastic experience with them so far. Made large and small online orders few times, and delivery was quick and communication was great. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
