Hi. I was referred to Dia Oro jewellers by my insurance company. They custom made a beautiful ring for me to replace the one I had lost. Their advice was really helpful, the service was friendly, Michael followed up consistently and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

What can I say, I rang up today at 1: 30pm and asked if I could bring my new engagement ring down to get resized asap as our party is tomorrow night. We arrived at 3: 00pm and the lovely gentleman said yes. 2 hours later I got the call to tell me it was ready. Thank you so so much for the extremely quick turn around time and incredible customer service. I am very happy and will be back!

We bought our wedding bands from Dia Oro (Chadstone) in 2012. We were told on the day of purchase that we had one free ring size adjustment in case of pregnancy (an instance brought up by the salesperson at the time). Now, my wife had a baby and wants her ring adjusted. Not only were they quite rude on the phone, now we were told that they would only re-adjust on purchase and not later on. Says something one day, something else the next. As if my wife was going to put on weight on the next day after she fell pregnant.
Tried to put this under a misunderstanding. Regretful to have gone with Dia Oro for our wedding bands = zero star.
