Worst customer service & expired meat!
I stood in the shop for 30 mins waiting to be helped. The 2 people at the counter were in no hurry to serve me. The one called Maruf was on the phone, and the other one was looking at some papers. Nobody cared to acknowledge me or to even let me know they would be with me in a moment. I was abruptly served after an unreasonable timeframe. I bought some meat to make a curry and when I opened it, it smelled bad, and it was off. Absolutely disgusting!

Typical bangladeshi সুবিধাবাদী মুদি দোকানদার. Take advantage of Ramadan. Charged $75 for a box of 10kg chini Gura rice which was advertised as Ramadan special $60. Instantly increased $15 per box when they discovered this item is in demand.

Excellent quality meats in reasonable price. All deshi items are available with frozen fish and vegetables. Sales persons are very friendly and well behaved.

I usually buy all my desi stuff from here. The spices and lentils are always fresh and clean. I can find variety of products of pakistani brands like national or shan here.

Great work by boys, halal chicken and all Pakistani, Indian groceries available. Much better than other stores in Pakenham
