Nothing beats real fiber internet. NBN with technology dating back to the last century, is just so old fashioned. And just look at DG Tek's facade. Here you have a company that invests in technology and not fancy office space.

Outstanding and superior service. I've been with DGTek for 2 years, my internet has never drop out, consistent speeds that are always stable. I have 50mbps and peak period its constant at 54mbps (yes more than my cap!).

They are the most affordable, extremely attentive (they pickup the phone within 1min), they are extremely accommodating and bend over backwards for their customers and way beyond their scope. My technician helped fix my own personal router, my wifi connections and extenders (free).

I couldn't praise them more and I am the type of person that writes reviews if I'm not happy and I'm fussy and have high expectations. These guys way exceed my expectations!

I have been using DGtek’s network through their retailer Pineapple Net for the last two years – and have had an amazingly seamless experience from start to present. Speeds are higher than anything else I've seen, download/upload symmetrical and stable. Unlimited data included, which is great for streaming and gaming. Install was fast and professional. DGtek have certainly set the standard of service and supply very high.

The installers were very helpful and advised the best site for the modem. They did more than expected to ensure that I got what I really wanted - not just the bare minimum. They worked quickly, efficiently, and cleanly.

Awesome service! The team were very forthcoming and also careful in installing the infrastructure in our old art deco place. And the speeds are marvellous! Highly recommended!
