I enjoyed my time with DFP recruitment and found the team to be very helpful and responsive. I would recommend DFP to others who might be interested in getting into various fields of work.

As a recruitment centre with mostly exceptional reviews you would expect them to give you a call back and let you know how your job search status is going. I tried following up many times in the initial stages, but after i had an interview with them, i never received a call back and no one contacted me. My interview was at 10: 30 on zoom and i was waiting in the call for 1 hour for someone to pick up the call, after calling the centre they told me to wait and someone will join, waited another 30 minutes and still no one answered. I was told to call back the next day, had my interview and wasn’t contacted ever again. Waste of time, to say the least. It is common courtesy to call a client back even if they didn’t receive the job just to let them know. SO UNPROFESSIONAL, what a shame.

Was helped by a very helpful, professional, and friendly staff member named Tien! She provided a great service in helping me find a job and company that aligned with my values and she never hesitated to lend a helping hand when she could! Amazing person and employee that represented DFP very highly with class and professionalism! Highly commend and recommend her and DFP as a recruitment agency

I registered with this agency in January and got confirmation email to confirm of registration. However, 2 months on, not a single call has been made to me in respect to possible positions matching my skillset! They post ads of roles they are allegedly handling (on seek), that I am extremely experienced in, but it fails to list a contract name. I call the office and not a single person is ever available to speak to (no matter what the role is)! They appear NOT to be a legitimate agency, and ones time is best spent applying directly to employers only! The receptionist is very good though, as when I complained re above, she was polite.

Dfp Recruitment have played a pivotal role for the past 19 months. They've assisted me in my job search and also provided excellent ongoing support as an employee.

I highly recommend their services for anyone looking to gain employment.

DFP Recruitment Melbourne helped me get into the workforce after a long period of absence from it. The position they helped me get was only a temporary contract but, that turned into a full time job, which I have confidence could become a career rather than just a job.

I never really needed to contact DFP after my contract started but every time I had to, the response was timely and always met my needs, even exceeding my expectations on several occasions. Elle never once "forgot" or "didn't have time to" contact me back, and if she was unavailable she organised other agents to respond to me, which made it feel like they actually care.

I highly recommend going through DFP if you have had a long period of absence from the work force, and I have great confidence in their ability to find work which is not only sustainable, but enjoyable.

Lara and Christie are both lovely to work with. I have now had 2 work positions thanks to DFP and this has been through Covid. I have had the best professional service from DFP Recruitment. They located a job for me - showed loads of support all the why through the process. Unfortunately I did not stay for very long at the placement. I thought well this is all over. But they rang me the same day and gave me support not a lecture. They found me another job within a week.
