Ben did a pool barrier inspection for us. Communication was excellent. Ben was very good to deal with, the report gave clear advice on what needed to be fixed and suggestions on how to address problems. Going through this mandatory government process is pretty annoying, but Ben helped to make it as painless as possible.

I engaged Devlin to do swimming pool compliance for my investment property earlier this year. Kirk the compliance officer gave a detailed report with practical recommendations. It was a stressful time trying to secure tradesmen to do rectification works as well as dealing with three different neighbours on the fencing work but the Devlin team particularly Kirk, Caleb and Venus whom I dealt with was patient, responsive, helpful and empathetic, making the whole process so much less stressful especially given that I was interstate. The price they charge was reasonable and great value for money compared to other companies and their service was top notch. We had Ben do our pool barrier inspection and he was a pleasure to deal with, any changes we had to do were clearly spelled out in person and via email, all changes were done by a fencer they recommended (Mick who was also a great guy to deal with) and we will undoubtedly use them all again for our next inspection.

Recently had my pool barrier inspected and certified by the team at Devlin Inspections. I had a bit of work to do myself based on review of the checklist and then arranged for the initial inspection. Venus paid me a visit and was very thorough, pointing out a couiple of minor improvements needed. A couple of week later, improvements addressed, Ben came over on a particularly wet and cold day and gave me the tick of approval. The certificate arrived priomptly via email which I uploaded to my council, so I am good for the next 4 years. Thanks to Venus and Ben, plus Caleb who did a great job coordianting the inspection times and admin side cof things.

I required an owner builder defect report and pool barrier inspection for certification and insurance and Ben was on site for over an hour and discussed everything with me in great detail.
His staff were very prompt with any queries that they had and always replied to my emails quickly too.
I also work in construction and it was very apparent straight away talking to Ben on site that I had chosen wisely when getting him to do the inspections.

Ben conducted the pool barrier inspection at our home in Eltham. Yes, pool inspections cost money, but it needs to be done. When spending the money, you better get somebody in who knows what he/she is doing, works with you to become compliant and provides a great service in a timely manner. Ben and his team at Devlin Pool and Spa, tick all the boxes. At first I dreaded the whole process. But Ben made is a lot easier, the provided report was clear and to the point, On the day of the final inspection Ben was relaxed and gave me the opportunity to fix a couple of things I forgot to do. This was money well spent. I will make use of Develin Pool and Spa services again and I certainly recommend their service to anybody who wants quality, timely delivery and an easy process.
