I have an exemplary record with commercial and domestic rental relationships both pre and post my experience with Devlins.

Two very different behaviours going on here. Positive, welcoming interactions with landlords and unnecessary hostility and abusive behaviours towards tenants at an alarming level.

Based on the extreme nature of their communication, I did not consider them appropriate when later selling my home as their professional and ethical practices do not align with my own community based values.

My partner had a leaking shower in the apartment she was renting through Devlin, That caused mold to grow into the walls and the carpet in the bedroom. Reported to them multiple times never rectified the problem. Then tried to keep rental bond over a spider web. These guys are out to rip you off. No customer care. Be wary.

Can't speak highly enough about Rod and his team. Efficient, reliable and trustworthy. Wouldn't deal with anyone else in Beechworth.
