Dave called to say he was 15 minutes away from our appointment, which was greatly appreciated.
He went about his business, engaging us in the process where he thought it appropriate.
Some service people put me a bit on edge, scurrying around the house, but not Dave!
He was warm, friendly and informative.

They have cancelled on us 4 times. Every time it has been 2 1/2 hours into the 3 hour window given.and the reason is always they had a complex job prior! One time they sent a cancellation text the day after they were meant to come! What a joke! They also go ahead and make appointments without consulting us first! We have had to cancel our own work to be home which costs us $$$
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE PATHETIC!

This company is literally the most awful company to deal with as a renter. They treat you like a second class citizen over the phone, tell you that you have no rights as you don't own the property and if you don't take a FULL DAY OFF WORK to accommodate their tradies coming to your home they will just let themselves in, if you have dogs they said they will call someone to have them removed. They said they need to check the smoke alarms, so I let them THEN they said they need to send another person to remove them on another day, so you must again accommodate that, then they remove them and say yet another person must attend to put new ones in. 3 visits, 1 job, this is just to bleed property owners out of money on top of the annual fee of $600 per home that charge landlords. Then after those 3 visits I get yet another day of multiple phone calls to do a electricity safety check. 7am I had to be up for these people and the guy did not even note the lights that are malfunctioning, he opened up my bathroom vanity and kitchen pantry without my permission, moved my bed from the wall and literally made himself out to be better than me, because I'm not wealthy enough to own my own home. Then of course comes the gas safety check, yet again multiple harassing calls, spoken to like garbage on the phone and threatened with unlawful entry if I do not comply to access. So again, yet another day off work because you must allow a full 6 hour window for the tradie to arrive and complete work. So they arrive, they test the stove and heater, the heater comes back ok but they keep testing and testing until they get the reading they're after. Clearly they want it to come back bad and will force it to, so they disconnect my heater right before winter. They then say they will need me to yet again take another day off work to install a new heater. So we book that in, mind you I'm now at 5 days off work unpaid because of these people. I book in my day off, then these people call the day before to cancel my heater install stating that it might rain tomorrow so they cant do it. Then the next appointment is booked, again it might rain so it's canceled. They had no further appointment times until Oct to do new heater install, so then they call me in late oct and I was not available so not its been 6 months later and due t my unavailability with such short notice, they contact my REA and tell them I am being difficult with allowing access to install the heater and I am now being threatened with eviction. I have lost over a full weeks pay, I went all winter without heating which ment we shivered all winter and, could not feel comfortable in the home I pay to live in and the harassment has taken a huge toll on my mental health. As renters we have the right to "Quiet enjoyment of our home" as per the rental act.

Lets not forget the marks they left on my walls which I can not remove so I am now responsible to repaint the walls at my own cost.

Landlord I beg you to not use this company, they will charge you the annual fee, then charge for each visit and rather than doing all safety checks at once they will do it over multiple visits to ensure they get as much money from you as possible and they will make your renters feel like awful with harassing calls and threatening their ability to have a roof over their heads.

This is still an ongoing issue for me, no heater, lights that still malfunction and harassing phone calls weekly.

Incompetent organisation, should not be allowed to trade. Never keep appointments and I mean every. Absolutely useless.just do Australia a favour and fold.

Detector Inspector sent me text messages to remind me of the incoming inspection and the time period during which the gas fitter would arrive. This was very helpful. On the inspection day, the gas fitter was on-time, friendly and professional.

Absolutely disgusting service.
Ever since our smoke alarms have been "inspected" they have been going off in sequence every 10-15 minutes.
After 3 phone calls absolutely no care from the detector inspector.
Beyond disgusted.

The technician was really friendly. I remember him from his last visit. It was quick, it didn’t take long. I saw he took photos and checked all x3 smoke alarms. Well done Highly recommend him.

They did the switch upgrade in one of my properties and provided a test report saying everything was good. However the aircon stopped working after the upgrade works.
I dont think they ever tested anything after completing the work.

They ask you to be at home or they will fine you for a call-out fee, and yet according to me and my friend's experience with renting houses/townhouses there's 50% chance that they WON'T show up on the booked date. Thanks for keep me waiting for hours Detector Inspector.

My technician turned up on time and was well presented both in himself and his all his tools.
He inspected both smoke detectors thoroughly and explained to me the process he was doing plus what I should do when I change the batteries.
I will use again

If I could give less stars I would. Detector inspector have booked and cancelled our inspection too many times to count. They also seem incapable of understanding they need to collect keys as my partner and I work full time. It is the instruction every time and every time they tell me I have to be home. Unbelievably poor service.

Booked a Gas Safety Check as requested, a week in advance. Left work early to be present as necessary and they cancelled 40 minutes into the allocated time slot and said there was no one available to come anymore.

I have not ordered any service with them. However, they had serviced the property bought by us. We needed some background information about the serviceability of a gas fireplace and they could retrieve a report from the past which helped me with the exact information I was looking for in the first place. The staff on phone call was very polite and genuinely wanted to resolve the issue. Thanks for your help.

Hi there,

I've been waiting for your technician guy come to inspect since 12 pm until now 3.45 pm.

Do you think only you need to work?
This world is not around you.

Everyone have to work as well and I couldn't go to work because you are not coming on time.

Please don't work as an unprofessional company.
Do not waste other’s time if you think your time is worth to be.

4 hours late that is really unacceptable! If you not prompt to be so don't book other to waiting for you.

Going forward I would prefer to be on time as a professional company here.

Becareful of the 5 star ratings most of these are either paid or friends related to managment with only ever having one review on their profile.

Stay away from this mob, call centre is in the Philippines - they won't leave you alone, slow, cheap and nasty products for replacement and most of all expensive for any of their services.

There's more reasonably priced competitors that can do the job faster and just as safe, be smart with your money and look elsewhere!

They increased the annual fee 33% without any notice and withdrew the annual fee 41 days before the expiry. Sounds dodgy to me

Their customer service team kept contacting me via email, phone call AND text message regarding some service for my previous address, even though I have informed them multiple times that I moved out from that apartment last year and no longer have the keys for that apartment.
