I felt well looked after by Grant. We had just moved into the area and it was a great first experience from the online query, prompt call back and converting 7 house keys down to 1 and making an extra key for all our window locks - all the while being pestered by our needy dog Gnarly, we now feel very secure in our new home.

I lost both my keys & you can't beat service like this. Promt on time and extremely upfront and professional. You get what you pay for. Very smooth simple process (I thought it would be a lot harder) would recommend to family and friends. Very fair prices $.

He had a great knowledge in his field showing me the difference between a cloned key and a diagnostic key He was telling me that diagnostic key is more secure than the cloned allowing me to make a firm decision in which way I should go!

Normally don`t do online reviews, however Dave refused to give up until he found the correct code couldn`t open any lock other than ignition with key i got cut recently, Dave recut that key made another, reprogrammed old fob and a new fob and cut new key for the new fob all working perfectly all locks, cant thank Dave enough for his persistence as without it would have cost me in the wallet big time many thanks to Dave and Detail locksmiths.
