Destine Dance

I am enjoying learning a range of dance styles at Destine Dance. The teachers are encouraging and professional. I was nervous at my first few classes, but I was made to feel very welcome by the teachers and students, who are all friendly people. I’m looking forward to continuing to improve my dancing in 2024.

So glad I chose this studio. Fun, affordable classes and immediately felt welcome. Clint and the studio have reinvigorated my joie de vivre and classes are a highlight of my day. Love the social events and sense of community. Clint is a great communicator and happily shares his extensive knowledge. Met lovely people, made great friends and thoroughly enjoy my time at Destine Dance.

My husband and I did 5 dance classes with Gurpal through destine dance for our wedding. Gurpal was absolutely amazing, always greeting us with a smile and the dance classes itself were so fun and a positivity lift. We had 2 songs for our first dance, one western and one Indian - Gurpal accommodated steps to both songs and included moves we liked. I highly suggest dance lessons through destine dance, and especially request for Gurpal!

Had private lessons with my fiance for our wedding first dance. Our instructor, Gurpal, was awesome. He's very friendly, a great instructor and an awesome choreographer. Feeling confident and excited to perform our first dance next week. Highly recommend coming here for lessons.

Gurpal came to our house to teach us a bespoke wedding dance on the weekends prior to our wedding. We couldn't recommend him more! Knowledgeable, passionate, and friendly, my partner and I thrived under Gurpal's instruction and had a blast learning our dance. We feel confident and are looking forward to enjoying our dance on our big day!

My partner and I are both left footed. We badly needed a dance lesson for our wedding. Before having our first dance lesson, my expectation was the dance instructor will just teach us with templated dance steps. Jo was the one who taught us the dance steps. She exceeded our expectations. The dance steps were tailored for us. Jo choreographed the steps that match with the lyrics. The steps were also easy to follow. The best part was we looked like we were dancing for ages. Jo was very patient in teaching us. The community in Destine Dance was also amazing. The people were very cheerful and encouraging. We highly recommend Destine Dance for couples who want to have a memorable wedding dance. Beyond the wedding, we also plan on taking dance lessons at Destine Dance in the future.

Our wedding dance instructor was Gurpal. He is an amazing instructor! His lessons are a blast and super easy to follow. Shout out to Clint too as he is super easy to work with. Highly recommend!

We undertook dancing lesson at Destine Dance in preparation for our wedding. Our teacher, Gurpal was extremely receptive to our dance and music choice and went above and beyond to teach us everything we needed to know. We are both extremely grateful for all the help and assistance in making our special day just that little bit more special.

I love Destine Dance! I would recommend it to anyone. All ages are welcome and you don't need to be especially fit or coordinated, or have a partner or wear any special shoes or outfit. You just need to come willing to learn and to have a good time. The prices are very reasonable and there are lots of social dances to attend, which makes it more meaningful and gives you a chance to practise your skills. The lessons are challenging and interesting. There is always the opportunity to review what you have learned at the next lesson, so you can keep up even if you miss a session. Highly recommended.

Gurpal is the most patient and supportive teacher. Me and my partner have attended some dance lessons for our wedding and hadn't danced before. Gurpal is so much fun and understanding.

Got a great experience with Gurpal. He is patient with non dancers and that really soothes nerves. He helps put together great dances for wedding couple.

Fantastic dance school with a very friendly atmosphere. I took private Bachata classes from Natalia, she is an excellent teacher and easily adapted to my level. This is a great place for anyone looking to improve their dance abilities and their confidence when dancing.

Gurpal was absolutely amazing. He listened to us and built an amazing wedding dance around what would make us feel comfortable on our special night. He was patient and we had so much fun over the last five lessons.
