I highly recommend Holly from Destination HQ. We decided to travel to Greece for the first time (July 2022). As we'd not been before, we wanted some guidance re Island hopping (booking ferries, cars, domestic flights etc) and understanding which island to actually visit. We also wanted extra support due to the ever changing rules re Covid.

Holly was kind, patient and knowledgeable. She also returned calls and emails promptly. I was a little more stressed than usual as we had contracted Covid a week before departure and the hotel/airline websites were not up to date, so I was concerned that we would experience problems. Holly managed alleviate our concerns by finding the relevant info we needed.

Anyway, the 3 week trip was AMAZING! Itinerary was perfect. Just the right amount of time on each island and in Athens. Great accommodation too!

Janelle has been absolutely fabulous in booking my son’s first solo overseas trip. From our very first conversation she not only found the best flights but gave us step by step instructions on what was required and when. Then when the flight was canceled only hours before the trip, Janelle spent so much time on the phone to the airline (out of her business hours!) to make sure the trip wasn’t disrupted too much. She was always available to call with all our questions and was so helpful. We seriously couldn’t not have done this without her. Just wanted to say thank you and acknowledge Kate’s (Beaumaris Destination HQ) work with our Lord Howe Island trip. After doing an amazing job with our group booking of 12 people, our flights were cancelled on Saturday the day we were meant to fly out due to adverse weather. With a huge backlog of tourists unable to leave and with Sydney experiencing floods; Kate spent the next 3.5hours on a Saturday getting a hold of Qantas to ensure we were reallocated to the next available flight home.

Couldn’t be anymore grateful for Kate going above and beyond for us.

My wife and myself would like to thank Kate Traynor in helping us through the cancellation of our Bunnick trip last month due to Covid-19 and dealing with Bunnick on what takes place with our deposit. I like to do my own research, but never have enough time, so a friend recommended Destination HQ and Jane was awesome! She knew exactly the type of travellers we were and made some great suggestions. Amazing Staff! I booked a trip for my partner and i through Kate at destination HQ - as i hadn't been away in a while Kate was there every step of the way in helping me book! Unfortunately we were unable to take the trip due to covid! Kate really helped to cancel my trip- although i didn't get all my money back due to airlines and hotels she got back everything she could for me! She was so kind and patient! Kate went above and beyond! I would definitely re book my trip with her once this is all over!

After a first positive experience in 2018, I went back to Destination HQ to help me book my flights and insurance for a trip back to Europe.

Jess was very helpful again and arranged everything for me. Then COVID-19 hit and everything turned upside down.

From the moment I contacted Jess that I had to cancel my trip because of personal reasons (before the travel ban was put into place) she was very helpful. She looked into all options and following her advice I'll get most of my money back on my flights and credit for my travel insurance.

I've heard horror stories from other people who had to arrange it all themselves, but because of the great service it hasn't really caused me any stress.

The level of service and personal care I received during a insecure time for anyone working in the travel industry was incredible.
