Joe was a pleasure to deal with. He was on time and took care with the products on delivery. He was friendly and didn’t complain when I made him walk the products back to a different entrance!

Had a delivery today by William and Terry. Nobody was home due to a family emergency. I was able to speak to William to find a solution. He was kind, understanding and flexible and still managed to complete the delivery. During a stressful time, his kindness made things that little bit easier for us. Amazing service - thank you.

Incredibly dissapointed in the service provided. My sofa was delivered by Designer Transport on the 14/2/23 and they scratched my brand new floors. It has now been almost 10 weeks with no resolution by the company. I have had to call them constantly, to receive lip service with no action.
I would be very vary hiring this company!

Tarso was incredible at manoeuvring and delivering our table.
Tarso and his team were quick, delicate and precise on delivery giving us updates before arriving and ensuring all was ok after delivery.

Caleb and Thomas delivered my furniture today after notifying me this morning then another call when they were 10 minutes away Very professional and courteous and took all the boxes away and Im very happy with the furniture

Delivered a heavy dining table to my 2nd floor walk up apartment an hour earlier than I thought I had to wait. Bravo Wagner and Lucas!

Vince delivered our new sofa this morning. He let me know when he was close by, took care in setting up the modular pieces in a format so that I was happy, and then took all the cardboard and plastic away. Very professional service, thanks Vince!

Fantastic delivery service by Rimon and Marwan from Designer Transport. Very friendly and efficient. Messages received in regards to delivery great. They unpacked my items and disposed of the packaging. This is the second delivery I have received by this company. Highly recommend them!

Caleb and Thomas delivered my furniture to Byron Bay. They were very friendly, helpful and professional. They took all the rubbish away and ensured the furniture wasn't damaged. Thanks for the 5-star service!

Adam and Sam are absolute legends! There was a miscommunication on CoCo’s part, and our furniture nearly ended up on an empty lot of land. They could’ve rescheduled-which would’ve been very inconvenient to us- but they didn’t. Making it worse, we live on a battleaxe and they couldn’t get the truck up, so they carefully carried it all up. The bit that gets me the most is that they took it upon themselves to get it to me, rather than pass the buck. They were so kind and deserve the 5 stars.

Just sharing a good work done by Matt & Jacob. They gave a call before reaching my place which helped us organise parking and delivery. Handled the furniture delivery with care and gently placed the box to my apartment (was carefull in the transport to not obstruct or damage common property of the building). Gave me info on installation instructions present in the box. Equally professional exit with no drama.

Rami and Jameel were amazing - the buffet was extremely heavy and needed to go up 2 flights of stairs. Most would not want to do it but they did - I certainly cannot thank them enough for doing the job in a friendly and courteous manner. I cannot recommend them enough

Great service! Love that you get a link that gives you a rough ETA as to how far away they are, but then you also get a txt and call to confirm. Ronald and Milad were very polite and professional and they took the rubbish from the packaging away with them!

Great delivery company! It was easy to book the delivery date, and I love that I could track where the driver was in real time. The two delivery drivers were efficient and very friendly
