The lady is so lovely to deal with and their pizzas are absolutely delicious, we are so grateful and we would recommend this Cafe to everyone! A+ thank you:)

I'm convinced no one can make a decent pizza in Caroline Springs. The whole area has substandard pizzas

Ordered three different types of pizzas. May as well have ordered the same pizza. They were essentially all pizza dough. No sauce, very little cheese.

I have tried peri peri chicken pizza and it’s really awesome. Would like to revisit.

Staff are very kind and prepared the food on time.
Cleanliness is spot on with ample space for family gatherings as well.

I love pizza and I can never get enough of it. They are so kind and helpful so it makes it easy to go there. The food is wonderful and we love to dine-in or order for office lunches. Ever since we order there we are all happy and eat our hearts out. They are open for lunch now.

I have a great experience with Straya Cafe and Pizzeria Caroline Springs. The pizza are made fresh and hot. The ingredients are fresh and taste great and the customer service is really impressive. I will highly recommend this place.

I tried chicken tandoori pizza that was awesome. I highly recommend this place if you wanna try best taste and quality.

I'm not usually one to leave a review (positive or negative), but after finding three hairs on one pizza, I felt like I had to say something. I'd also hazard a guess that there's been a change of ownership, as lately the quality seems to have dropped off.

Ordered from here through Deliveroo app (straya cafe has their own delivery drivers) I was waiting for my order and I was waiting for quite some time, eventually I called the restaurant for them to tell me that they delivered it, and then later on change their story and say that they tried calling me (which I didn’t get any missed calls) I called Deliveroo who then said that they had delivered the order but not to my address, and now I have to wait another hour just for my dinner. And no I’m not ordering from here again Would definitely not recommend delivery.

Ordered many times and very happy with service and quality. Not tonight. Disgusting service today. Waiting forever then to call and realise the Driver delivered to the wrong address (to Asians.we are not). Indian lady answering phone refused to believe us and totally rude when we asked for full refund and free pizza given its now been 1.hrs!

Took my money after an online order and no one was there. Sign said it was open, online said nothing about it being closed, stood there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to come out and nothing. Even called 3 times. Waiting for my refund

Worst pizza that one can dream of-we ordered pizza as it was open till late and felt as if would have been better to stay hungry rather than this worst pizza. We ordered veg pizza and garlic bread, had to throw both items. Would never recommend this

Staff does not wish to help, and gets frustrated easily when complaints arise. Spend your money elsewhere

Ordered from them a few times now, the 1 time my order was wrong they sent another one out almost instantly will definitely be back

This is the first time I ordered pizzas from them and was little suspicious of the quality first but the pizzas were amazing and delicious. I ordered paneer tikka and margarita pizzas and they were yummy and fresh.
I recommend this place.

Very UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE STAFF, someone from the Management should make them learn how to interact with customers.

Just ordered through door dash pesto chicken pasta. I normally don't write reviews but was poorly packaged, pasta was overcooked fell apart.and sauce was by far one of the worst tasting pesto pastas I've ever had and chicken was too dry. Will probably never order here again and don't recommend this place.

Below average pizza, open later than others some days though. Don't order pasta, not up to restaurant standard by any means.

I had a traditional vegetarian pizza around 1: 30 am in the night. But these people served with out any hesitation. Though it was their closing time they served me a delicious pizza in which I can never forget.

I just made an order and it took 50mins longer than it should have and the pizza was cold my order number was E20A8. So disappointing.
