I've been seeing Dr Suresh for many years and he is always thorough, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend him.

Have seen Dr Chandra Suresh twice now, he is professional in every way. You do not feel rushed on appointments and staff are very caring.

Have being coming to see Dr Chandra for nearly 15 years now. What an amazing man. He has taken at least a dozen or two sun spots out of my body over that time. Always thorough, professional and caring. I wouldnt trust skin cancer diagnosis with anyone else.

I was referred to see Dr Suresh by my GP. The initial appointment lasted 5min in total. Initial appointment cost is $180. Dr Suresh didn't ask me anything about me, my diet, what creams I've used in the past, how my skin condition begun, just looked at the area of concern for 5 seconds. Then Dr Suresh proceeded to prescribe me antibiotics to use for 3-6 months. No tests where requested for the diagnosis. I will not be returning to see Dr Suresh as there was no actual advice was given or care taken during the appointment.

Dr Suresh is professional, respectful and thorough. After struggling with Psoriasis for most of my life his treatment has cleared it up completely and my quality of life has improved significantly thanks to him. I have seen several doctors and dermatologists and he is the only one that has helped me and he actually cares about tailoring your treatment plan according to your specific needs. Thank you Dr Suresh!

I was referred to dr Shandra by gp and was extremely disappointed. Waited 45 mins for my appointment and when it was finally my turn the dr just rushed through it and didnt give me an explanation or prescription of what's happening to my skin. $180 for a 5 minutes rushed appointment thay didn't give me any answers. I would stay away from this 'doctor'!

I was referred by my JP to see Dr Shandra. I won’t be going back as I am very disappointed with the very rushed manners Dr Shandra has. He did not explain any thing about the treatment. He just printed the prescription and gave it to me then tried to lead me out of his clinic. When I asked a question/ clarification about the medication he answered in the shortest way possible. The consultation did not last for more than 5 minutes to be charged $180

My son is under his treatment since last year just only because of ringworm, he visited twice, but no effect. My son is suffering since a year.

Very disappointed, visited about 7 times for minor treatment and he couldn't figure out what to give to cure. Every tim had to wait approximately 1hr after my appointment time. I tried hard to take photos of my skin infection and after showing to him he didn't pay attention to photos. Many patients do not get treated with him, because he never listens.

What’s the point of having an appointment when you have to wait for 1 hour+ every time you visit?

Worst management.even if you go with booking you always have to wait minimum 45 minutes in waiting area.do not care about your valuable time.

I am not much given to complementing individual providers of services. However having read some of the comments posted on Dr Chandra Suresh site I had some misgivings about attending his clinic. Now, having been treated by the gentleman, I must in all honesty state I found him, and all of his staff that I encountered, to be professional, competent, skilful and friendly. It puzzles me how anyone could find him otherwise.

Even after reading comments about Dr. Chandra - I visited his clinic and was highly disappointed. For my little 6 months old who was dealing with Eczema - Dr. Chandra prescribed a strong steroid and said that there are fair chances that he will have a flare up again. There was no suggestion or support as to how it can be well managed and how to avoid flare ups. There was no follow up visit insisted either. It was just a once off visit. And the fact that the steroid made it even worse.

Was kept waiting for 50 minutes after my appointment time. Very quick examination. No explanation unless I asked questions then just a few words. Was reading another patient's file most of the time I was there. Wrote a prescription in another patient's name. I wouldn't recommend this man. Nor will I be going back for follow up appointment.

Wouldn't reccommend going here, the receptionists are very rude and unfriendly. Appointments always run late (30mins+) and gets rushed through when you finally get to see him, I understand being busy but the overall 'customer experience' is very disappointing

Had an appointment for 11: 00. Got in at 11: 50 with no apology. Very frustrating to sit for almost an hour with no answers. I should bill u for my time.

I first saw Dr Chandra when I was 17, I’m now 46! Every time I’ve seen him it’s because I’ve had differing skin conditions that have been misdiagnosed by GPs, and every time he has correctly diagnosed the condition first visit! He is truly the best in his field.

I have consulted Dr. Suresh Chandra for my mother who had a severe skin infection on toes and found him to be very professional, knowledgeable and considerate doctor. He was very accommodating, responded promptly to our telephonic queries and our overall experience was quite satisfactory. His charges were also extremely reasonable, in fact he didn't charge anything for our follow up visit. Highly recommended.

I had an appointment at 11: 15 a.m. And reached on time. I waited for 30 minutes then asked the "frowning" receptionist to explain; she said it wouldn't be too long. I waited 12 minutes more but without avail. Such service is definitely disgraceful to Australia as much as it is frustrating to the people. Is people's time that much cheap for you guys? I belive the government should penalise the service providers when wasting people's time. This applies to many other services in this part of the world.
