Had an appointment with Alethea for diathermy she was lovely i would highly recommend to anyone.

Being a beauty therapist myself, I’m very fussy who I trust and go to for pampering. But once I stepped into Aletha salon, I felt at ease. With her professionalism and product knowledge on all services was amazing and knew I was in the best hands.

I can't believe I have to give you 1 star the most awful clinic I have ever been to dirty, disgusting and the most rude customer service. Alethea has to be the RUDEST person I have ever met. I will never be back will never recommend and will be reporting the state of this place to the appropriate authorities. You must be paying people to write these 5 star review, absolutely pathetic, what a waste of my money.

I was recommended to go and see Alethea @ Dermal Solution Skin and Beauty Clinic, and have now been doing so for 18 months.
Once a month i drive for 2.5 hours and now embrace my real face rather than trying to hide it with makeup. Alethea is fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable about the right products for my skin and by following her advise about skin care my skin has improved significantly over the last 18 months. I have never had great skin but i do now.
