DermaCare Cosmetic and Laser Skin Clinic Melbourne

(Not my real name, obviously). Sandra is professional but Anthony is dangerous. Do not get any treatment done by him. Not just incompetent but also discusses topics he should not assume align with his customers' values! He should keep his politics to himself and concentrate on performing to an adequate and safe level.

I have been a client of Dermacare for Botox injections and Rosacea laser treatments for well over 10 years now and I couldn't be happier with the results. Now that I am based in Mornington I still travel to Melbourne for my treatments. The staff is always friendly and professional, and they make me feel comfortable and at ease at every visit.
The clinic is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with the latest and up to date technology, which I appreciate as it assures me that I am getting the best possible treatment. All the practitioners are highly skilled and knowledgeable in all aspects of their profession, and they always take the time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions I have.
Most importantly, the results of my Botox injections and Rosacea laser treatments are always excellent. I have never experienced any adverse side effects, and the Botox injections and laser treatments are always administered and conducted with precision and care. My Rosacea is well under control and now require only maintenance.
Overall, I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in Melbourne looking for a safe and effective Botox and Rosacea treatments and honest skin care advice. The staff is wonderful, the facilities are excellent, and the results are always impressive.

Love this service, the staff are friendly and professional and I am very happy with the procedures i have received and the great comments i receive on how good my skin looks. If you want to look after your skin this is the service you need.
And the facial i had today was so beautiful and relaxing and my skin feels beautifully moisturized.

I have been coming to DermaCare for just over a year now and they provide amazing laser services, where I have noticed significant hair reduction on my underarm area. Sandra is great at what she does in providing ultimate care and is very patient in explaining the procedure. I highly recommend!

Anthony and his team do amazing work.
I decided to have the pigment and sun spots removed from my face and was a little nervous having not tried laser treatment before. Anthony was very caring and very informative and did not sugar coat anything he was honest and concise. Be prepared for the down time after treatment! It takes approx 2wks for your skin to look fabulous lol. So don’t plan anything special. Anthony touched base to see how I was doing and I appreciated that. I can tell you honestly having laser was the best thing I ever did. My skin looks amazing! What a difference 2wks makes. Wish I did it sooner! Next is Botox and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to perform that procedure. They get very busy so book ahead. And remember.always wear sunscreen

Thank you Natasha, for treating my very fair and sensitive skin. It looks amazing! I have dull and acne prone skin, which had got worse during Melbourne's lockdown. I was a bit nervous to get anything done, but Natasha put my mind at ease. She completed a laser facial rejuvenation, microdermabrasion and skin needling treatments, with so much care and attention to detail. A few days later, I immediately noticed the difference. I am beyond happy! Before DermaCare, I went to Endota and was always extremely disappointed in the results. After one session with Natasha at DermaCare, my skin is smoother, brighter and less bumpy. What put my mind to ease, was knowing that Natasha is a registered nurse, with years of experience as a nurse anaesthetist and for me that detail makes all the difference, especially if I was considering botox treatments. What a beautiful experience it is getting treatments by the team at Dermacare. Natasha is professional, well informed and takes the time to talk through the elements of each treatment thoroughly. She tailored a skin care regime for my skin type and gave me the tools to continue my skin journey at home with products that compliment the treatments whilst actively targeting my skins needs. I highly recommend their laser treatments. The physical results speak for themselves, my skin is glowing and the best it has ever looked! So thankful!

Over the past few years I have had fantastic experiences with DermaCare Cosmetic and Laser Clinic. Sandra makes me feel very comfortable and is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable with skin care and injectable treatments. I am confident with the procedures I have done, and the results are natural and amazing! People say I look ten years younger! Highly recommend their services to everyone.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this clinic. I had Botox done there in my forehead, it lasted for about a month when it should last for at least 3 months. As a result of the treatment, I also developed some permanent, perpendicular lines that I didn't have before the treatment. This is upsetting. I now see a dermatologist for Botox which is what I would recommend others do - rather than seeing a nurse operating out of a GP supervised clinic.

Love coming to Dermacare for my skin treatments. Prior to seeing the team at Dermacare, my skin was blotchy and had noticeable scaring due to previous acne. After a number of treatments, my skin is so clear and looks so healthy. I get compliments all the time - it's amazing. This family trio at Dermacare that consist of experienced registered nurses, definitely know what they are doing. I have confidence in them and will continue seeing them in the future.

I literally have the best experiences at Dermacare! I’ve been getting my Botox and Dermal fillers at various clinics in Melbourne for ages now and this place, by far, is the best! Sandra is so gentle, explains everything, I’m never rushed and does not over treat. She really takes her time with every appointment to ensure great results. I also had laser Rosacea treatment and could not be happier! It is a first class experience for me!

Not so good, i went there and got two laser treatments. The first one was good but for the 2nd one it left me laser scars on my face; chin and forehead. I did make a compliant and he told me it will go away in two weeks and it never did but luckily going away with the new products I am using now with are different clinc (they are more genuine and less pricey)

For progression I went to another clinc (which are dermatologists) and very happy my skin is slowly clearing up. Would not recommend for any skin advice at DermaCare from my experience. There didnt even show any before and after pictures with previous clients but the new one go to showed me heaps.

The staff is incredibly professional and it’s clear that they love what they do (and they are great at it!). Sandra was absolutely lovely and always took the time before and after appointments to check in with me and individualise the treatment to meet my needs. On top of that, the results were amazing! What other chain clinics told me would take 28 sessions, DremaCare was able to do in just 8 sessions with better results than my friend at the chain clinic.

I am extremely thankful to the DremaCare team for the high quality, professional service I received and would definitely go back and recommend them to others!

Great experience from A-Z! Everyone is so amazing and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for the best Botox and honest skin care/advise. Not the cheapest in Melbourne but when it comes to your face I definitely demand the BEST.

I have been coming to DermaCare for several years now, initially for Rosacea treatment and more recently for Botox and dermal fillers. Without any reservations, the results are great. I leave looking younger, refreshed yet natural. You’ll never be pushed into doing too much in any treatment and you can always rely on their expertise and skills. The ultra clean office and friendly staff definitely add to a fabulous experience.
