Dental One Victoria Gardens

I had my first appointment at Dental One today, and it was a very pleasant experience. The two receptionists, Martina and Nicholas, were very professional and prompt with checking me in and getting me sorted with Mehrael (the dentist) and her assistance. My teeth were xrayed and cleaned in a flash. Thank you team for your amazing service

I had my appointment with Daniel who is vey helpful and knowledgeable. Moreover, he is willing to answer all my questions on teeth and my concerns, and the assistant is also very careful and patient. I highly recommend him and the team to others who like to go through teeth checkup and operations, etc. Additionally, the practice manager Martina is very friendly and nice!

Experienced really good service from the reception staff to the dentists.
All staff were very understanding of circumstances and very patient, they worked very hard to find a solution which worked for me and would result in getting the right treatment.
Will definitely be coming back.

I see Dr Daniel who I find to be most understanding and professional. I have very sensitive teeth and in the past I was reluctant seeing a dentist.

I have been to dental one a couple of times now and each time I have had the best experience I have ever had with dental:) after having a bad experience years ago when I was younger I was too scared to go back to the dentist dental one have cured my fear of dentists and they make my experience positive every time they answer all my annoying questions super kind and caring great prices

My first appointment here was last week, I came in and was greeted with a very warm welcome from Dr. Miles and his assistant nurse Tash. They both made my first appointment run smoothly, they both reassured me that the best option would be to set up a dental plan that’s ongoing for the next few weeks rather then getting all my fillings done in one go. This eased my anxiety around financial stress! You have 2 very valued team members that are absolute assets to your team. I really appreciate the depth and time Dr. Miles and Tash took when discussing a plan with me. I’ve never had such a great experience with a dental clinic before! I’m looking forward to making this my regular dentist for sure.

Two bookings, two last minute cancellations by the clinic.
Yesterday, I had my appointment cancelled 5 minutes before my appointment as the dentist went home sick, despite having already commuted to the clinic.
I rescheduled to this morning at 9am.
Upon arriving this morning at 9am, the receptionist referenced that their booking system was down.
It was not communicated to myself or the 4 other patients waiting in the lobby until 9: 30am that they would not be able to see us today due to the whole system being down and we’d have to reschedule.

As a potential new patient, I understand that system issues and illness happen, however wasting my time two days in a row, with last minute cancellations and late communication is unacceptable. The fact that I have still not seen a dentist is really disappointing. I will not be coming back

Cliff was very gentle and kind and explained things about my teeth and how to take care of them properly!

My wife and I had a very good experience with Dentist Gareth. He was very gentle and caring. Though it was our first visit to DentalOne we were extremely impressed with the quality of services provided. Customer service was excellent. Sasah was very accommodating and we had already booked our second visit and referred our daughter and grand son who visited the dentist today and were also happy. Keep up the good work. I for one have always been absolutely terrified of the dentist, I do not go unless I have a major issue.
I am absolutely blown away by the professionalism, care and gentleness of Dr Gareth.
Not only did he put me at ease, offer great cost effective solutions to fix my teeth but I kid you not it was a completely pain free and stress free experience.
My teeth in 40 years have never looked better I can actually smile with confidence.
Never have I had a better experience at a dentist. Highly recommended.
