Took my 9 year old for a dental check up. Jacqui was fantastic. She was very friendly and made my son feel calm and happy. Great experience. Will definitely be back for his next check up

Christine my hygienist did a great job. However, feel I should see my dentist Dr Sian prob every 2nd visit.

Doctor Yacoub is professional and explained all the steps to be performed beforehand, the customer service and receptionists are exceptional, the building and facilities and brand new with super modern equipment. The pricing is also competitive. The whole experience deserves a 6 stars, well done to the team!

Dr Daniel Yacoub is a fantastic dentist who handled my root canal procedures with professionalism and care. I would recommend Dr Daniel and the Templestowe team to anyone needing dental care for their families.

I have been a long time patient in this clinic, however my last experience wasn terrible. A plan of root channel suggested to me end last year by Di Daniel but after 2 sessions the another dentist who took over said he is not able to complete the procedure and I need to see a specialist. The recommended specialist requested $2800 to complete the procedure. I felt doomed, as I already paid over $800 for uncompleted tooth procedure.

Dr Miles was amazingly gentle and friendly! He was reassuring during every step of the procedure, always checking I was comfortable and not experiencing any pain. He is truly remarkable and the perfect dentist for those a little shy about getting their teeth check out! Definitely recommend to all! The dental assistant Tran was also amazing and accommodating to the highest level of care. Best experience ever:)

Came in for checm up and Filomena did great job explaining everything and what was involved in easy to understand way.

Visited the clinic 2 weeks ago, totally disappointed and i will not return there anymore. Appointment for toothache and the dentist suggested for tooth extraction, deep clean, bridge, implant and cost about $10k. I told them let me think about it. But they closed the door and take turn to pursuade me to have the plan and pay by installment >30 mins. I feel uncomfortable and threatened.

Been going here for 5 year and I have never ever had an appointment on time, the service is extremely slow and delayed something I had on after the appointment.

Really appreciate Dr. Gareth who did the dental treatment to me during the time I am in Melbourne! So professional and kind to me. The best dentist I met in Melbourne. Also, the dentist assistant Shelly also did a good service! Will definitely come again!

They canceled my appointment without giving notice. AVOID AT ALL COST and the dentist did not do good scaling as well as they charge for no gap payment.and the 5 stars review are fake as they give out free electric toothbrush if you give 5 stars review.

Love the team at dental one. Always so happy, accomodating and pleasant. Jasmine is so lovely at reception. When I ring to say I’m running late is always so calming. The teeth cleaning is so simple and quick. All a great team

Very disappointed with the visiting before Xmas. Whole family Went there for 2nd time on Xmas Eve day. Treated by young guy polishing the teeth. After visiting 4 of us all feel pain and sore while eating. This never happened before. Not sure why those dentists we saw last year were not there. Seems they got all new young guys.

Dr. Seean is so patient kind. He takes plenty of time to make you feel comfortable and well informed. The nursing staff are so supportive helping me to feel a little less anxious.

Love Dental One, Lower Templestowe. Dr Tahlia is amazing and makes my 6 monthly checkups a breeze. Suuuper gentle and caring. I’ve often disliked going to the dentist because of the pain and aggressiveness of some dentists but Dr Tahlia is amazing and somehow the clean never hurts! I always make sure to book in with her and the reception staff are amazing at ensuring I get an appointment with her.

Been going to this place for a few years now. Dentists always do an excellent job of cleaning and never had any dental issues.
