Came here for first time dentist check up for my 6yr old daughter, although booked online they weren't able to find my booking but receptionist was very friendly and kind and was able to fit us in right away. This place is immaculately clean

My experience with the clinic has been extremely disappointing. Constant cancellations and rescheduling, even with appointments made well in advance, have made me doubt continuing ongoing dental work with them. While the staff are generally friendly, their demeanor doesn’t compensate for the constant stress the clinic imposes with trying to reorganise appointments that end up being canceled anyways or are non-existent despite being booked. It's been a frustrating experience, especially as someone who needs to coordinate appointments with this clinic and other dental professionals. It makes it hard to trust them for anything beyond basic check-ups and cleans.

Dr William and the nurse at Dental One Epping North were amazing. Dr explained the dental extraction procedure in detail and made sure I was comfortable and gave clear instructions. Thank you so much.

I am Dental1 with more than 4 years, I found Dr Jaz is amazing dentist. Her dental work is perfect. Now I have new smile, thank you Jaz. Her communicates very well regarding all pros and cons regarding treatments and gave all the information.
He has holistic approach towards the patient.
Apart from that reception team customer care is brilliant. They are very friendly.
I am highly recommending Dental1 with out any hesitation to the any person needs to do there dental work.

I came to see Dr William, did a amazing job extracting, very fast and gentle 100% would recommend to everyone and the wonderful helper yasmin and receptionist Noura.

I have always feared the dentist, but this place is amazing! I have no more worries. The place is spotless! The staff are caring and informative. They take the time to tell you things, whether it’s about the pricing or calming you down before a procedure. I took all 3 of my kids there and it was a smooth run, they were on time and efficient.

My daughter got diagnosed with a gum abscess during a routine check up. Was referred to an orthodontist who insisted that dental one can do it instead. Got back for a treatment in prep for a root canal. No medication or further instruction given but to go to a root canal specialist. Now my daughter’s gums are swelling and have to go for an emergency consultation or treatment.

I am surprised that this clinic is getting positive feedbacks when all of 6 of our experiences were far from barely passing.

I needed a last minute appointment and I had always been goin to Craigieburn dental one. However as I was running late that was cancelled. It was quite urgent so I called Epping Dental one. Nora from dental one Epping was absolutely amazing and took me in for a last minute booking for a major filling. I really needed it urgently and she was the only one who identified it. Once I reached Epping Dental one she greeted me and I saw the clear genuine warmth in how she wanted to go above and beyond. Then she booked me with Dr Jasmine. She was amazing.she performed a complex procedure with ease and I absolutely had zero pain. I can't talk highly enough for both Jasmine and Nora.
