Seen by doctor Ayman and he is gentle and professional. Highly recommend Ayman at Craigieburn Dental One Clinic.

First time at the centre. Staff are friendly. And the place is clean.
Post edited: after few months, unfortunately two teeth I had filling on got worse and had to end up with root canal surgery. Very expensive out of pocket resolution.

If i could give a zero i would.dealing with this company has been abhorrent, i booked an appointment, and repeated my last name 7 times over the phone, they said they would send registration forms via sms, i requested email amy phone is glitchy, they sent it via sms and spelt my last name wrong, i booked an appointment, they requested i come in early, i said no, turned up to my appointment, Mitchel was late and had me waiting.proceeded to get a qoute from mitchel, he was condescending, and ambivilant, i need a tooth extraction then a replacement with an implant, and literally speaking to this man about the procedure, warrenty on the tooth etc just became too hard, its like he didnt want to answer, Mitchel was difficult, he misqouted the invoice, when i went to reception, and queried prior to paying for my consult they were rude, and wouldnt allow me to speak to Mitchel to query.as reception didnt know anything about what me and mitchel consulted about, all three of them where providing irrelavant information, which was wasting my time.and after about ten minutes of reception attacking me with irrelevant info, i requested to speak to mitchel.who again was condescending, and in the end coinfirmed i was right (i wont go into the scenario) however, to get to that point was excruciating.do yourself a favour.go somewhere else

Went in today for a $70 consultation with no private health insurance (fair enough) I was having mild swelling in my bottom left gum. The dentist did two X-rays of my teeth and said out loud he’s “never seen anything like this before” I asked if everything was ok and what did that mean-he gave me a vague explanation but I have no idea what he meant. He looked at my tooth for 5 mins and right away said it needs to be removed due to decay etc. I’ve never had any tooth extractions before and had no idea what I was getting myself into. Before I knew it, he had injected my gums with anaesthetics and my mouth was instantly numb. I asked him how long it would take- he said only 20 minutes and that it’s a simple procedure. I was nervous and kept asking if it was safe to be removed etc he said yes. It was the most unpleasant experience in my life and took 1.5 hours! He was very rough, digging and pulling at the tooth and breaking the tooth, using the drill etc it was a very rough extraction. I had broken tooth pieces in my mouth that almost went down my throat and choked me! My jaw was in so much pain from trying to keep my mouth open by myself (they didn’t use any devices to keep my mouth open) and every time I would try and shut my mouth for a second to rest my jaw, I could tell he was becoming impatient. There was a female dental assistant who was calming my nerves and trying to hold my head and telling me I’m doing good etc but he was becoming irate with her and she stepped out and never came back. Instead another male assistant came who was also impatient with me. Finally everything was over and the dentist just abruptly left the room without speaking with me or giving me any after care advice and left it to the male assistant. The male assistant went through 5 mins of after care advice and handed me a paper. I had so many more questions but I felt rushed out. When I got home a couldn’t stop shivering etc and I have replaced my gauze over 5 times and it’s still full of blood 5 hours later. I’m laying in bed in pain and having to do my own aftercare research online because the consultation and decision to extract my tooth was not thorough! Also I ended up paying $400! I’m hoping they didn’t rush this decision just for extra cash.

The dentist was so helpful & gave me good advice what i should do next. Wonderful staff thanku to all.

This review is targeting the manager of this clinic. I would give 0 star to untrained staff members. Worst customer service ever, doctors are more worser, they do not care and wouldn't listen to the actual problem.
Do not even bother yourself going there and lose your money for nothing!

Dr Christine was really great with my daughter making her feel at ease. Reception staff are friendly.

Rude receptions who keep hunging up the phone on my face when i address the problem! Worst customer service ever. Unhonest place they change their words quickly. " you're not welcoming to the clinic if you don't pay full remaining amount" but yet " you're welcoming if you willing to pay today" even before they start with your teeth they after the money while you have payment plan!

My bottom left wisdom tooth was giving me trouble and luckily enough Dental One Craigieburn was able to fit me in their busy schedule (post-lockdown). I enquired about orthodontics there and from the initial checks, I was recommended to have all 4 wisdom teeth taken out prior to getting orthodontics soon.

Dr Perri and Dr Navidi were very professional overall, firstly in the way they explained the whole extraction procedure and what to be wary of, as well as during the actual extraction and checking to see if everything was alright with me as a patient as they went along.

They were honest and upfront with the cost of the procedure prior to conducting it and they ensure you are well aware of any out-of-pocket expenses you may need to pay then and there (deducting anything that's covered if you have private health insurance).

Alongside their extremely helpful team of dental nurses/assistants and kind and well-mannered receptionists, they kept me fully informed from start to finish and also booked me in for my next appointment!

Dental One Craigieburn have been absolutely second to none! For someone with a very real fear of dentists, my initial contact with Theresa Shafik to discuss my options calmed my nerves. Dr Sam Navidi was amazing from the time I first sat in the dental chair for an initial consultation and then subsequent visits to have crowns made & fitted.

The entire team at Dental One Craigieburn have made my dental experience so much easier to handle. They have all been fabulous from calming my nerves, to explaining various steps of the treatment along the way, to the finished product of having crowns put on.

Theresa Shafik, Dr Sam Navidi & Dr Filomena Perri were all absolutely amazing as were all the dental nurses I came across. I would absolulely recommend Dental One Craigieburn to anybody looking for a great dental surgery.

The service was very good. Dr Mitchell was very friendly with my daughter and extracted her tooth.
