Really nice customer service, I got the Ranch burger and it was amazing, my friends also enjoyed their food. Was a bit crowded and loud. Would definitely go again!

I’m not sure if I should give two starts.
I called up and made a booking got there table wasn’t even set up, had to wait for the waitress to set the table up and then they didn’t even put enough chairs.
Had to ask for service to order our dinner and got like I couldn’t be bothered serving you look, food came to our table and they forgot to order my sisters meal, the parma was way over cooked not enough sauce but plenty of cheese to cover the parma and chips they eventually brought my sisters meal out which it wasn’t even what she ordered. No apology or anything. Always see this place pumping so we thought we would try it out. Nothing special wouldn’t be in a hurry to come back again.

Booked for dinner for a table of 5. Waited in queue and got ushered into our table. Table had 4 seats so had to squeeze 5 in. Had to flag down staff both to get a food and drink order taken. When our food finally arrived, only 4 out of the 5 meals arrived and my wife waited over 10 minutes for her meal. The other 4 peoples meals were missing various components (sauces, sides etc). No one bothered to check if our meals were ok until halfway through. Finally received the sauce for my steak after it was more than halfway finished. This place really needs to lift its game as it currently doesn’t have much competition and they clearly don’t really care about service levels.

Food? Since I cooked the steak, it was outstanding. Service still needs work but overall an ok experience.

Great vibe, incredible service. Beautiful lady even took the time to come say thank you to my family and have a small chat while she was pretty busy. Highly recommended

Prices are abit ridiculous especially when you have a family, staff are very well trained and I guess scared of the owner, their is way better value for money places to eat at than feel a fraction shafted, sorry but personal opinion

10/10 beef burgers. Nicely charred, juicy patties, perfectly grilled buns, fresh ingredients, assembled well. Just spot on.

Amongst a city full of 'burger specialists', this is superior to the majority out there, especially in the area.

Restaurant didn’t record our reservation? Was reluctantly given a table (probably the worst table in the restaurant) next to the store of plates and cutlery

Such a great all round restaurant experience. Atmosphere is always buzzing and service is good. Sometimes food can take its time especially during busy periods. It’s a very “Melbourne foodie” place to go and I always take friends from out of town to this place to experience that Melbourne vibe. Desserts are amazing with the milkshakes and fairy floss, stone girl is always great fun as well. Prices are average

My son took me and my husband to lunch at Demazzi. Husband had the full rack of pork ribs, looked great, just needed more sauce on it. Son had the chicken parmigiana, the biggest one I have ever seen! He enjoyed it very much. I had the salmon with pearl couscous salad. Not enough salad in it. Smallest serve of salmon and the pearl couscous had too much lemon dressing mixed in it. Maybe leave the lemon on the side so people can squeeze how much they want. Still a nice place for a good lunch.

Taste is okay, the portions was great size.
You have many choice of food, from italian to Korean, Pub food.
Service was okay, our drink arrived one by one and first two was quick (a beer and a wine), the last one which was another beer! Took 10 min longer! Asked 3 different waiters for it.
Was a bit cold, everyone is doing the steak on stone which is cool, but need a hood or sth!
The price was $$$, abit expensive.
Its not a BYO.
We booked before going, but they accept walk in and there were a few people outside to be seated.
We order a tea at around 10: 35, they brought it in a take away cup! They close at 11!
They charged $1 for using card!

The best stone grill steak experience! Best chips ever. Grass fed scotch is to die for. On the pricier side but find myself going at least twice a week!

Excellent food service was fantastic and I will highly recommend to anyone who wants fresh food.
Couldn't folt anything and if anything it's busy because I guess the quality of food and service.

Staff was super friendly as she remembered us on our second visit a week later. Coffees are in good taste. Ambience is very nice as there are tables under the teees and by walk way. Great pleace for catch up with a friend. Have not tried food yet.

I am very disappointed with the experience my girlfriend and I had here this afternoon.
We came in with an impression of amazing food as we saw how good the reviews were.
However, upon trying out the Chicken Parmigiana $24.9 and Fettuccine Marinara 27.9, it was a let down. Especially when we paid premium price, we expected the quality of the food to be premium. The taste of both the dish was very bland even when we added salt to increase the savoury of the dish. The parmigiana had a hint of Napoleon sauce but it was tasteless. The chicken was very dry.
The only good impression we had were the fries which was up there, which is what this 1 star is for.
The staff like to talk among themselves more than trying to give us a food experience.

Great food! Place was very crowded though, certainly not socially distanced. Service could have been a little more attentive, not easy to order more drinks.

Wow this joint is amazing the food is great, fast friendly service and always super busy. Highly recommended

Gf and I ordered a stone plate each, mine was fine although the salad was 50% red onion chunks about a cm thick, and hers wasnt hot enough - 20 minutes we were waiting on her chicken cubes to cook which were still pink
On the outside and they refused to get another plate for us only to get the chef to cook it. Each dish was about $40.

Poor service, some of the staff were great, can't say the same for the whole team.

Burgers looked great at a glance on other tables, but I'm not coming back here, i only came for the crocodile and emu dish and it was tough and already over seared when they brough it out. Disappointed to say the least.

I am new in the area and tonight I decided to go to Demazzi with my house mates. I've walked past a few times it looks so popular. So we went to see what the hype was. Well we where not disappointed.this place rocked. The food, atmosphere and service was wonderful. I love Melbourne. People are so friendly that's why I moved here from Sydney. Thank you tonight we all had a great time looking forward to see what else Essendon has to offer.
