DYI deck build with Trex boards, lighting, Camo edgeclip and starborn screws and plugs. I cannot fault the service provided by Demak. You may pay slightly more for their products but you get that back quailty products, service and delivery. From the first call to Dave to the last email was excellent and professional. Added bonus: they also give you accurate ETA for delivery (down to the minute) so that you're not waiting around.

Don't waste your time going anywhere else. Highly recommend

Demak where incredible. We had 330m of fencing to quote and contacted Dave.
He discussed what was available in stock and the 3 property owners made changes accordingly without hesitation.
Once the delivery date was fixed the deliveries where sent on time.
To the point the amazing delivery person who evenly scattered the material around the 4 blocks of land.

Great experience with Demak - ordered large volume of pine timber for decking (during a time when timber was/is hard to come by) and had it delivered 3 working days later.

Ordered 9 x 140mm dressed cypress posts to be used as verandah posts that were delivered mid September. Stored them in a dry shed on bearers for 1 month and until my post stirrups arrived. 8 are fine, 1 is badly bent and can't be used. Called Demak to see if they could help out with the 1 bent one, no help given. Pretty disappointed in the customer service offered post sale.

Demak is my favourite shop to get awesome advice, high quality products, and fantastic customer service. I just finished constructing a low-profile 36 square metre outdoor deck using Trex composite boards (Lava Rock picture frame and Tiki Torch in-fill boards), Klevaklip Patio Deck aluminium joists and Snap-loc spacers, and Klevaklip height adjusters. The deck looks amazing. The boys at Demak (especially Dave and Ant, who are both absolute legends) helped plan out the deck, sourced all of the products for me, and ensured delivery of all the materials occurred when it was convenient for me (which was in a hurry!). They never came across as pushy salespeople, and looked for all opportunities that they could to find savings for me. They happily assisted when things weren't going exactly to plan, and treated me as a valued customer. I cannot fault Demak at all. I highly recommend them and will being going back for all of my hardware/DIY needs going forward. Keep up the awesome work guys.

Ordered 6 cypress posts, the 3 of them are defected have splits all the way through from top to bottom. They have refused to replace them.not sure how they think that they can sell defected materials and get away with it.we will never deal with this business again and we are going to lodge a complaint with consumer affairs

Customer service side is lacking unfortunately. Ordered an item that was supposed to be delivered in 2 business days. Took 12 business days and I ended up needing to collect it myself from the warehouse as it wouldve taken even longer. Rarely got responses to my email and nothing to rectify the situation. There is over 4000 reviews that show this courier has these issues so don't put blame on them (should use a different carrier instead).

Edit: if you had been experiencing this for months, please dont put a 1 to 2 business day delivery window on your website and put a more accurate estimate. Thanks

Service is prompt, friendly and happy to go the extra mile. We've ordered from Demak twice now during the Covid Lockdown and the guys were great. The timber is always good quality. Happy to recommend.

Staff are not interested in helping you and just push you towards there web site.

Delivery was on time, lucky my wife was home because the items would of been left on the nature strip, she quickly went outside and asked the bloke to put it in the Garage, how it should of been from the start. They did that which is appreciated. During Covid times i guess im happy with that. Cheers

Got a delivery from Ant from Demak. Legend. Nothing was too hard. It was a very challenging spot to deliver to and he just found solutions. I’ll definitely be ordering again from these guys.

Purchased supplies on 3 April on basis of refund of delivery fee within 10 kms of store. After 6 weeks and 2 emails, no refund, no response. Previous in store purchases have been good experience.

Drove 45 minutes to get timber from here for a small home project because I heard about how high quality the timber was through word of mouth, and I wasn’t disappointed. Very high quality timber at a reasonable price, also the customer service was great. Friendly staff that assisted me straight away, I would recommend.

Brilliant service. Quality product and went above and beyond to to deliver to regional Victoria the next day.
