Our company has used Deltone Solutions for over 8 years and have always been looked after by the friendly team there. Marcus has saved me a few hundred dollars on my ink cartridge. Some may say his just a good salesman, in my eyes his my hero.

After dealing with this company and receiving print cartidges that didn't work (non genuine/inferior junk) it took over 12 months to get a call back regarding replacement from someone in the company (only got this call after they rang to try and sell me more)

After words with a manager and been promised i won't hear from them again i have received 2 calls this week alone asking to buy more.

If you want to be constantly called/hassled by someone and left with cheap/nasty faulty products.do business with this company.

I hate printers. Always have. Too many problems, too many costs, and they sit there looking smug after struggling to spit out one pdf.

Deltone Solutions has removed the need for me to interact with them in any other terms apart from pressing print, selecting my required options for said print, and then receiving paper with ink on it. On that note, I get a lot of prints out of said ink, even though I use the compatibles, or so I'm told. I don't really want to know apart from the numbers.

Thanks Marcus and the team for improving my work life substantially, and continuing to maintain that quality of life through removing printer headaches from it.

I work for a Bridgestone store and we have been purchasing toners, drums and cartridges through Deltone for a few years. I've found them to not only be easy to deal with, they are genuinely a pleasure to talk to. Originally I dealt with Dimitri and later Tom became our account manager. He's always polite, cheerful and goes above and beyond (sounds like Toy Story) your expectations. Recently one of our printers was playing up, he tried talking me through some fixes. When that didn't work he had another team member contact me who was able to assist and our printer is working again. We also had some non-genuine faulty toners that they were only to happy to replace for us. They have genuine and compatible products to choose from at very reasonable prices. I'd rather spend my money where its apparent that customer service is an extremely valuable aspect of the business model.

Tried to cold call our business insisting they supply our printer cartridges. Had never heard of them until then. SCAMMERS.

Great products and service. Tom is second to none with customer service and knowledge. Highly recommended.
