Delta Transport Services

Called the office at 530 after getting home for a delivery to come after 4 and was told the driver would be there in 40 minutes. Kept checking the street and my phone but no one called or rang the doorbell. Contacted the office the next day and was treated in a rude way by the contact person who took no responsibility for the non delivery and waste of my time. Said the driver was unable to access the building which seems extraordinary since I was there the whole time and no one even rang the doorbell.

Lied to. Late delivery. Hung up on. Not impressed. When I called the 3rd time and pointed out that I had been lied to (as confirmed by the bloke on the phone) they chose to argue rather than admit they lied. Thumbs down.

Experienced a high level of customer service.
We had our new account set up within 30 mins from request and were able to book our first job right away.

We use Delta almost every day of the week not only for domestic courier work but also to arrange our interstate freight. I find them to be very friendly, helpful and within the allotted time. I would not hesitate in recommending them to others as a reliable transport service provider.

I ave used couriers constantly in the last 10 years. I have experienced all sorts of problems, but I have never seen anything like this one.

They give you a price list which states delivery to Hampton form Melbourne $16.45, then you receive an invoice for $34.19 plus Fuel Levy.

You call them and they give you some childish explanation. Twice!

Waste of time. Stay away.

Just had a sales rep trying to get business - very rude - they hung up the phone when I wouldn't justify why we weren't interested in getting rates etc

Goods were delivered in a timely manner and the sensitive follow up customer engagement from TeamDelta has to be regarded as a real positive.

Terrible service!
Never on time. Rude customer service. Cant even grantee a time to pick-up or deliver ever! We use delta very frequently and always let down, have been looking for a new courier company. We have even been charged $$ for extra time because the driver couldn’t find our warehouse, even though we are on a main road. That is their job!
