We have just had our carpet replaced after our home at Creswick was flooded in January and we couldn’t be happier with both the advice and service we received from Delta Floorworld. We had to wait for our new carpet to arrive from overseas but, as promised, we were notified of its arrival and a date for installation was booked immediately. Thank you to Greg, Kim and team for everything. Highly recommend

We had new carpet installed by Ben at Delta floorworld. Ben was super efficient and did an amazing job could not speak highly enough about Bens work. Ben takes pride in his work and a lovely young man.

The sale team was great, helping me to choose the right product and quality was good.however the install team was not that great.the installation was quick, done in 4 hrs (just small room). But later maybe about 1hr after they left, I inspected, there were some uneven surface and can see the bouncing when walked over it also squeegee noise from the floor (squeegee noise was there before, but they promised to fix it when they remove old carpet to put new one on).

Called the sale team later that day again because I dont have any contact with the install team. Promised to get back to me asap. Now its 3 months and still not a single phone call yet.so some advices for future customer, maybe good to buy products from store, but dont get the installation done through the store.

Jake and the installation team were awesome. Very helpful in making sure that we achieved exactly what we wanted, and returned to sort out minor issues (even when these were of our doing, not theirs). The recommended product has also been great in achieving the look and feel we wanted. We have previously used Delta for plantation shutter supply and installation, and they were equally great in going above and beyond. A local Ballarat company and a team to be proud of. Thanks guys!

Pete from the store was really lovely and approachable, walked us through a lot of options without pushing more expensive products. They came and installed some hardwood floors for us today, they look great and the tradesmen were so nice, gave us heaps of really good advice.

From the beginning to the end, the Ballarat Delta team have been fantastic. Beginning with Ben #1 who came out to measure and quote for vinyl planks and carpet.
Followed by Ben #2 and his crew with the installation of the vinyl planks flooring at the entrance and hallway.
Then the carpet installation by Ben #3, who ended having to plane 3 doors, which was an unexpected job.
I chose the Redbook Hampton Cove in Iris, which is a rich deep blue for the 4 bedrooms. It is beautifully plush and soft, paired with the Delta underlay.

Floorworld was recently engaged to replace carpet at our Ballarat residence. We are thrilled with the quality of the carpets and the great service provided by Floorworld. We were messed around with another carpet supplier for two months so Floorworld to install in less than two weeks was fantastic. The carpet selected, Monarch, by Victoria Carpets is great particularly with the top of the range underlay provided by Floorworld. Highly recommend.

Communication through the process was thorough and frequent, and he was extremely helpful and accomodating with choosing the flooring and the installation timeframe I needed. Couldn't fault my first experience with Delta FloorWorld and Jake specifically. Will recommend.

When shopping or even just browsing I take notice of the level of customer service. Executive Sales Consultant, Jim Creece goes straight to the top of the class for excellent customer service, extensive product knowledge, honesty and integrity. It was a pleasure to engage with him as we explored the various flooring options that might suit our needs. I was impressed that he asked relevant questions that enabled him to direct us to the price brackets that was most suited to the purpose of our building without deterring us from buying a more expensive option if that was our choice.

My family was near run off the road by the most appalling driving I have ever seen. Speeding and tailgating then nearly ramming me off the road pushing me into the hard shoulder. Caught number plate and your company details off side of the van. Around 9pm Saturday evening 14th July. Any company supporting hoon driving is inexcusable.
